tonight did 5+ mins cardio on stationary bike then did a bunch of hanging leg raises, elbow seated leg raises, a few dips, bunch of stretching, some ab roller things and thats about it. | |

Standing low cable rows 4-1-2-1 90s rest small warmup 100x6 100x6 120x6 was hard no improvements here ![]() -side note grrr i just realized i did 3 seconds instead of 2 seconds back up goddamit no wonder they were so hard hahah. -but yea im happy i was able to boost the weight up in a few areas |

| Registered User | 7/20 OFF DAY Day 17 Phera 30mg Day 04 Epi 10mg 7/21 WORKOUT Day 18 Phera 30mg Day 05 Epi 10mg Workout at uncles gym in PA. had access to dip belt woot and there were resistance bands but i didnt use them i was so tempted. Squats 4-1-2-1 4x5 185x5 185x5 205x5 205x5 -note, my back really hurt on 2 of the liftoffs and i attempted a rep and my back really just hurt a lot so i reracked and tried again and i was fine. im starting to get nervous about my back now which is pissing me offffffff..... SUMO SLDL 4-1-2-1 2x6 185x6 185x6 -notes. EASY Underhand CG Pulldowns (machine where u add loose weights) 4-1-2-1 3x6 180x6 200x6 200x6 DIPS 4-1-2-1 3x6 bw +25x6 bw +45x6 bw +90x6 -notes. had several peeps watching this hopefully hot trainer girl ill never see again was watching OMFG SHE WAS HOT. tan tight and so sexy. THAT IS MY WORKOUT EVERYONE.. -strength is picking up slowly it seems which is great. i dont wanna be a powerlifter right now i just wanna hit my old weights again which is nice -diet was diff due to being away all weekend but i did get some solid meals in me and got to play wtih a baby choc puppy lab soo sweet. 7/22 TODAY OFF DAY Day 19 Phera 30mg Day 06 Epi 10mg -cycle update. i was having some annoying symptons that i didnt really express or share with everyone but am working on narrowing it down. i believe one of my support supplements is causing my throat to feel like it swells up and gives me a slight headache. i only took hawthorneberry today SUNDAY and only did one serving of all of them on sat. -gonna add another supplement tomm prob add back in the milk thistle and see if my throat thing comes back i thoguht it was the phera but it seems to have gotten a lot better today so anyone reading this please feel free to share advice. -lastly something i just noticed first time this weekend as its hard to notice but anyway they are located only on my thighs and appear to stop around the knee small tiny red dots.. this sounds weird but im hoping its something not related to these products. if anyone knows or has any idea let me know. looks something like a red pen hitting my leg all over only on my thighs. i have no pain or any other symptons on my legs at this time |
