Last time I ran it I got much more striated and cut and I was eating DIRTY (i was in college). Hopefully my current cycle will give me similar results to what you're seeing. Good luck bro. alright Day 9. weight in morning after bathroom was 209. Pheraplex 30mg TODAY as it being a workout day weight after my workout as im typing this is 211 and todays diet was HORRIBLe spent 6 hours trying to find me a freaking suit that fit most just didnt. i aint a big guy but jesus im afraid to know how hard it is for most of you big guys to find one thats not over 300bucks. then again NYC sucks for finding stuff cheap sometimes. workout. the weights used tonight was horrible. i forgot my notepad and forgot what to use but nonetheless what i did tonight was hard. the low cable rows was stupid and easy but very annoying and the bench work sadly was really hard .Flat Bench 3x6 4-1-2-1 135x6 135x6 145x6 Inc DB bench 4-1-2-1 50x6 50x6 50x6 Low cable rows 4-1-2-1 100x6 120x6 120x6 well thats it folks. the flat and inc bench work was hard sadly and last week i used slightly heavier weights. but the good news is i left my ego at home so who cares about what weight is moving up and down i care about the mirror and one of the guys said im looking bigger. thats all that counts right now. | |

| Registered User | still day 10. did 2 miles run with .5 mile sorta sprint work and lots of walking today at least 5miles -i felt actually kinda weird earlier today i forget how it felt but i didnt like it. i wanted to blame phera but it went away so who knows what it was. and lastly anyone reading this explain to me what are Front Pulldowns to chest i consider these basically lat pulldowns. but if they were lat pulldowns they wouldnt be called Front Pulldowns to chest . |

| Registered User | Day 11 30mg phera Squats 4x5 4-1-2-1 120s 135x5 warmup 185x5 185x5 205x5 205x5 happy i was able to bump up to 205 SLDL 2x6 4-1-2-1 185x6 185x6 or 7 lost grip on last rep lost count too heh Underhand Close grip pulldowns 3x6 90s 200x6 200x6 200x6 was hard Dips elbows in 3x6 90s 50x6 60x6 75x4 grr used dbs btw my feet barely had any room and im guess semi pleased but i really need a dip belt -overall workout felt good. i was able to increase weight alittle on squats and still get 5reps although it was hard but not impossible. -sldl were hard but felt greati really do SL i barely bend my knees at all not sure if this is good or bad. -underhand cg pulldowns fried my biceps but not really my back maybe im doing it slightly wrong or something but felt good was hard -and dips are just annoying using dbs btw your feet with no room to fully extend, must get a dip belt and powerbelt for squats and deads |

| Registered User | just was wondering if been taking my phera sometimes with meals, before meals, after meals, etc etc. when should i be taking this and when should i take EPI once i start that in a few days. cant believe i didnt ask this before. ive been drinking water nonstop lately and peeing 1-2 times an hour hehe makeing sure everythings working |
