| Registered User | DAY 15: Nice workout! Nice surge of energy and I did what I could with my wrist problem. I could still do dumbbell presses but I have to tightly wrap the straps around my wrists. But anyway here is the workout: Chest dumbbell press: 30 lbers x 20, 65 lbers x 6, 75 lbers x 6, 85 lbers x 6, 95 lbers x 4 help on 5 Chest machine flyes (elbow on pad machine whatever that is called): 90 lbs x 6, 90 lbs x 5 Incline bench press: 135 lbs x 6, 145 lbs x 6, 155 lbs x 6 failed on 6 Slight incline dumbbell flyes: 40 lbers x 6, 45 lbers x 6 failed on 6 Squats: Bar x 20, 135 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 6, 275 lbs x 6, 295 lbs x 8 failed on 8 Leg extensions (slow with squeeze at full extension): 80 lbs x 6, 110 lbs x 6, 150 lbs x 6 Leg presses (constant movement with no lockout and squeeze holds at lower part of movement....wow this killed me and I almost puked afterwards): 270 lbs x 15, 320 lbs x 12, 370 lbs x 8 failed on 9 got a spot, failed on 10 got a spot Cardio 30 min. Stretching. Now today was INTENSE!!! I got to the piont where I was crouched over for about 15 min. before the cardio just waiting for the nausea to pass simply cause the leg press winded me like I was having a panic attack. So yea, crazy ****. Good energy since I had the energy to do all that. So in other words, so far so good on cycle. My strength went up a little, not too much which is ok cause my cutting cycle is pretty severe and Im constantly on fat burners (2 weeks on clenbuterol 2 weeks on lipo6 with 5 very low carb, super high protein days that absolutely shed lbs like crazy). |

| Registered User | DAY 17: Oh god so intense. I'm sitting here just drained of every last bit of energy I have and I feel like I was hit by a cannon ball. Something about the intensity of a good workout really makes me feel at peace afterwards. This is why bodybuilding in my mind and many others is undeniably and art because of all the sweat and pain you put into it to get a work of art in return in the form of hopefully aesthetic results. It's really quite philosophical and refreshing if you think about it and appreciate the whole aspect of bodybuilding. I just hate people that cheese it out and make bodybuilding look like a joke. This is what often kills credibility and makes bodybuilding look like a joke to people that don't understand it. But whatever, just my thoughts, here is my workout!!: Close grip lat pull downs: 110 lbs x 8 Wide grip lat pull downs: 110 lbs x 8 Close grip lat pull downs: 130 lbs x 6 Wide grip lat pull downs: 130 lbs x 6 Wide grip lat pull downs: 130 lbs x 8 Bent over barbell rows: -135 lbs x 8 -155 lbs x 8 -155 lbs x 8 -195 lbs x 6 A unique combination movement I created where you are on the back extension device with one dumbbell in each hand, I lower my body while extending my arms and then as I extend my back right back up, I pull the dumbbells towards my chest and squeeze my back (totally destroys my hamstrings, lower back, and middle back): 35 lbers x 8 35 lbers x 8 40 lbers x 8 40 lbers x 8 One arm machine rows: -90 lbs per arm x 6 -90 lbs per arm x 6 -100 lbs per arm x 6 Two arm machine rows: -combined weight of 90 lbs x 6 -combined weight of 140 lbs x 6 Stretching Had some protein and carbs then took a 20 min. break before an all out session of cardio. 75 min. cardio End with stretching again. |

| Registered User | DAY 18: Rest day. So far, I'm still maintaining strength very nicely on this cycle. Seems like my weight is staying exactly the same but I'm cutting up at the same time cause I'm seeing a lot of new definition. So I'm assuming I'm losing fat and replacing it with muscle which is pretty damn sweet. |

| Registered User | Wow your strength is moving right along. Good work! Is your body weight still about the same? Also I noticed your incline press strength is quite more than your decline, any thoughts on this? Personally Im stronger on declines, and was wondering if Im all screwed up. |
| | |
| | #42 |
| Registered User | DAY 22: Well haha, the way I train my chest, usually if I put decline towards the 3rd of 4th exercise, esp. after doing incline dumbbells and flyes, my chest is preexhausted so much that I do significantly less weight on decline. If I started with decline for example, I could probably go up to 105 lb dumbbells for 5 reps but lol, I tear my chest apart very quickly and lose the endurance to keep going heavy but yea, my weight is about the same really. It's quite amazing. I'm at about 185 lbs morning weight. But since I'm cutting up, I'm getting new cuts and veins everywhere very fast which I'm assuming means I'm gaining a ****load of muscle to replace the fat that I'm losing. So the gains are slow and consistant the way it seems. Not crazy gains, very superdrol like gains. The gains are also quite dry since I'm taking letrozole (anastrozole) every other day to minimize bloat and my diet is very low in salts and I do cardio everyday. But yea, I'm loving the test feel. I never ever could lose weight while consistantly getting denser. It's quite refreshing. But yea, here is my workout for today: Standing calf raise machine: 80 lbs x 6, 90 lbs x 6, 120 lbs x 6, 180 lbs x 5 Seated calf raises: 45 lbs x 15, 45 lbs x 8, 90 lbs x 6, 120 lbs x 6 (as always on most of my exercises, very very slow with a 3 second pause squeeze at top of movement, amazing pump) Standing calf raises with weight in one hand (one plate): 15 reps 3 sets Ab crunches supersetted with leg raises 3 sets 15 reps each Leg raise machine: 3 sets 15 reps 60 min. cardio Stretching. |

| Registered User | Oh yea, and since I'm getting cutter and my density is going up, I'm getting a lot of stares at the gym haha. I'm not getting super huge fast, but definitely noticeably denser with a nice aggression while lifting weights. I feel amazing. Superdrol made me feel like **** and I think sucked for my first cycle. Sustanon/dbol cycle is waaaaaaaay better....well duh. And seriously, cutting on dbol seems to be amazing. I don't understand why not many people do this. The bloat is very minimal since I use letrozole and I do tons of cardio with low salt diet. So yea, good stuff. |

| Muscle Pharm Rep | nice to hear. good news for sure. does the dbol heighten your libido as well? Like they say, any AAS can be used to cut or bulk. |

| Registered User | Yeah I was wondering the same about the dbol? |

| Registered User | Haha, yea no marshmallow man. I'm looking lean as hell infact, but I'm sure that's mostly cause of the anastrozole and the diet with lots of cardio. But libido seems to be about the same really. Nothing too crazy. At the beginning of the cycle, first two weeks, my libido was insane. Haha, I had to really control myself around hot girls at the gym. It was crazy crazy libido. Right now libido seems to be normal. |
