Day 119: off.

*so far the injury is much better, the pain has greatly decreased but I'm still goign to let it rest for about 2 weeks and then start lifting light for once...the irritation is still there but the pain isn't bad.

Day 120: Back/cardio

Close grip cable pull downs: 80 lbs x 14, 90 lbs x 14, 100 lbs x 14, 110 lbs x 10

Wide grip bodyweight pulls ups: one set of 7 failed on 8

Wide grip cable pull downs (palms facing eachother): 90 lbs x 12, 100 lbs x 12, 110 lbs x 12

Bent over barbell rows: 135 lbs x 8, 155 lbs x 6, 165 lbs x 6

Hyperextension rows: w/ 10 lbs in each hand x 15, w/ 40 lbs in each hand x 8, w/ 40 lbs in each hand x 8

Free motion wide grip cable pulldowns: 50 lbs x 20, 80 lbs x 14

One arm cable rows: 40 lbs per arm x 14, 50 lbs per arm x 10

Free motion wide grip cable pulldowns burnout: 100 lbs x 20 alternating pulls

I'm sure you probably use glucosamine/cissus already, if not make it a staple in your diet.

I used to be like you and lift in the same manner. I also started suffering a lot of injuries and always had something in pain, so now I only lift with really high intensity once every 4 weeks. I just turned 23, but I don't want to keep having injuries, and wind up having them turn chronic esp at this young.

Day 121: Triceps/abs/cardio

Dumbbell pullover: 35 lbs x 20, 50 lbs x 15, 60 lbs x 12, 70 lbs x 8, 80 lbs x 5 failed on 6

Cable one arm extensions: 20 lbs per arm x 15, 30 lbs per arm x 12, 30 lbs per arm x 12

Cable v-bar extensions: 60 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 10, 95 lbs x 6 failed on 7

Leg raises: 3 sets of 20

Ab crunches: 2 sets of 20

Assisted dips: 80 lbs assisted x 30 reps, 50 lbs assisted by 15 reps,

Bodyweight no assistance dips: 6 reps failed on 7

Cardio: 20 min. medium intensity

Yea man...you know what I'm goign through...with me now I have to calm down for the next few weeks. I'm going to do higher reps and maybe one or two heavier sets. Too bad.... cause I love to train super intense.

DAY 122: Hamstrings/cardio

Barbell deadlift: 45 lbs x 15, 135 lbs x 8, 245 lbs x 6, 295 lbs x 6, 335 lbs x 5
*new personal record!!!

Hyperextensions w/ weight: w/ 25 lbs x 8, w/ 45 lbs x 10

Seated hamstring curls: 90 lbs x 15, 80 lbs x 15

Lying hamstring curls: 10 lbs on right leg only cuase it's weaker x 15, 100 lbs x 12

Cardio: 30 min. (20 min hit, 10 min low intensity)
