Greetings! A bit of background: I was obese for most of my life and through diet and exercise I was able to lose over 150 lbs (all natty). I've been training 6+ years now.
Stats: Currently 29y/o, approx. 170 lbs. Looking to cut and retain/possibly gain. Also looking for a mild cycle as its my first. Anything to add/change? I could use suggestions on pct. Prefer liquid or tab? Is an on-cycle support necessary?
