24 years old
4th PH cycle
6.0ft tall
180lbs (202lbs before I had Gastrostomatisis, couldn't eat solids for weeks)
6.8% body fat (checked by hydrostatic body fat test)

I will be running (currently day 4) Assault Labs M-Sten Extreme Mass Builder. I will be running it for 5 weeks at 16/20/20/24/24. As for cycle support I am fully stocked and prepared for sides. I will be dosing AI's Cycle Support twice a day and Vital Labs Protex twice a day. On hand I have extra Hawthorne Berry, Saw Palmetto, Milk Thistle, and Taurine (in case of back pumps).

My split will be Monday: back/bi's
Tuesday: Abs/shoulders
Wednesday: Swimming sprints for 30 mins
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Chest/Tri's
Saturday: Swimming sprints for 30 mins
Sunday: Off

Caloric intake will be in the 3200-3400 range.
220+ grams of protein
300+ grams of carbs

Food will mostly consist of lean meats, fish, chicken, whole grains, brown rice, and quinoa.
