    I've never found a difference between the chickens I would buy from sprouts or frys!
    Keep killing it man. Maybe throw in some stair climber!

    For sure I could increase the time on stair climber... I'm literally on it only like 10-20 mins/wk. how often do u recommend and what duration. Like 2-3 times a week 20 mins, I'm guessing... I don't have much body fat. I haven't measured but by the look of it... Maybe 8.5-10% (but I'm really not sure)

    I do hit on it for about 10 min whenever I have time. So 2-3 times a week. I'm hoping to start doing it everyday.
    I can't stand doing cardio for anything longer, it's just to ****en boring!

    Lol. I'll post these near daily. I may forget every so often. I also have a picture coming tonight of 4 of the meals I will eat at work tomorrow. Breakfast I eat at home before work. I also have another dinner after my workout about 9pm, whatever the wifey cooks... But she knows me all to well so I will post pictures of these meals as well in the future.     My energy is amazing in the gym. Today I KILLED abs first so I wouldn't be too tired at the end. And began my chest workout with incline barbell. Worked my way up to 225lbs for 7-8 reps. Not too shabby I don't think. Then hitting flat bench was difficult but I hit it heavy as possible. Last set looked like 245lbs for 8-9 reps.
    Then killed triceps with about 12 sets.
    Ended with another couple ab exercises. (I really want to build them to match the rest of my body)

    Here is a shake a made for bed time
    1 1/2 scoop casein
    1/2 scoop gainer
    12oz almond milk
    3-4 ice cubes
    2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    2 spoons coconut oil (microwaved in Pyrex until liquid, the mixed in shake)
    2/3 cups oats

    Ok I think I'm not forgetting anything

    Motivated than a mothafuka... 6:17 am. At 1,100 calories. Today I'm getting 5,000. With the size I'm seeing in myself, I'm just waiting for the comments to start comin. Every cycle it's like people knew I was cycling. Lol. But feelin large and strong... Today marks day 11 I believe. Yet another pin tonight when I get home from work. Then gotta kill legs (again)!!

    Day 11-
    Just put 2 and 3/4 cc in my right quad. Taking 3cc like nothing. 2x a week. Feels no different than some of my first 1cc inj. cycles. Family emergency came up today I'm I have to take a break from the gym tonight... Hitting legs tomorrow. Will post a longer one when I get the opportunity. And oh yeah... Today I weighed 219. Up 4 lbs.

    "Lose it" for iPhone. It's a weight loss one but whatever it still tracks everything acurately. U can even scan bar codes and it put the nutritional facts in automatically. Very user friendly. Highly recommend it.

    Update on routine, diet, progress in strength and weight coming soon. Just ordered body weight scale with bf% calc. (Not sure if they are accurate) but I did some research and apparently they send an electric current through your body and use each of your feet as a positive and negative. It basically times how long the current takes and calculates your bf%. Excited to play around with this. Been using my food scale as well and each meal portion is 8-10 oz of some sort of meat.

    Just did legs... I feel sick, literally. Woman picked me up from the gym (she was grocery shopping) . Felt like I was gunna puke in the car. I'm better than I was but holy Jesus I just didn't stop in the gym. I'm officially making the call that it's improving my workouts now. Seems early but idk maybe it's the higher dosages. I am like 2 week thru. I seriously don't feel good I pushed myself so hard. Tomorrow ill throw a routine on here. Either today's legs or tomorrows (whatever I decide). Gotta go rest guys my body hurts... And I'm anxious from my pre workout... I think.

    Last nights post workout meal. It's actually a bag u steam in the microwave. Maybe a lean cuisine or something like that. Idk my fiancé buys them. But they aren't to bad.

    Last night was so intense I am anxious to get to they gym tonight. Yesterday I did legs but spent so much time on quads and calves I never really hit hams. Tonight I'm thinking back and hamstrings. Some straight leg deads. Also hope my body scale gets delivered soon.
    Anyone think the bf% is accurate on those things? It says it uses each foot as a positive and negative and sends an electric current through your body that is basically timed. This is how the description says they calculate bf%... Opinions?
