Holy shizz did i have a great workout. Powered down my breakfast waited two hrs, then took my preworkout and slapped out back! I havent added in my bromo yet because ive been using two pumps formasurge (have about three days left with it) then ill start the bromo, when i run out of forma. Had a EXTREME pump going.
