So I am already slacking on my log... I am 9 days in, but I HAVE to start this log as the results so far ARE BEYOND AMAZING...
Here were my beginning stats...
6'1", 29 years old... 175 pounds... 7.0% body fat... The goal is to gain at least ten pounds of lean body mass and not gain body fat... also for my lifts to get much stronger...

I am eating between 3200-3500 calories and 350-400 protein... My diet is very clean... It pretty much goes like this
5 egg whites
1 serving greek yogurt
half serving peanut butter
1 slice fat free cheese or piece of wheat toast
I have one protein bar before cardio and then another before lifting
after workout... whey protein
another greek yogurt
bag of frozen veggies (normally broccoli)
hour later - apex crisp protein bar
hour and a half later - one chicken breast and greek yogurt
hour later - one pure protein drink
hour and a half later - two servings special k protein cereal and milk, greek yogurt and grapes or berries
2 hours later - six egg whites, 1 serving oatmeal, peanut butter, casein drink and granola bar...
It comes out to roughly 3200 calories give or take...
So I am a triathlete so I do cardio 7 days a week which I know is something that could be detrimental to the gains I want... I run 5 miles a day and stairclimb another 5 miles a day...
HOWEVER... I lift HARD everyday and I have some great workout designs... SO FAR, in only nine days I have gained 7 pounds and have not gained any body fat... No doubt that part of it was the fact that I was only eating about 2700 calories a day before and not training the way that I am as far as my lifting program... Before I was lifting 3x12 sets lower weights, higher reps and training with only 30 second rest intervals in between sets...
Now I have changed my sets to 4x10's and much heavier... My lifts have gone up so much that its truly unbelievable... Every single lift has gone up at least 30 pounds... Its crazy fast progress... I feel unbelievable...
Right now I am dosing 75 mg... i was only going to start at 50 but decided to start at 75 which I believe was a good idea... My workouts right now are so incredible... For example... only one month ago I was hammer curling 45 pound dumbbells and now I am hammer curling 70's... This is just an example... I am only 9 days in... I expect a lot more strength gain... I am not sure about the weight and I really prefer to be around 185... I am about 182 right now... We will see how it goes... I have always been shredded and want to keep that... I understand you have to put on size and shred after which is what I am doing...
Heres another thing that I have really noticed... The VASCULARITY is unbelievable... I have always been shredded but vascularity and shred are different... I feel like the f'ing incredible hulk sometimes when I see the crazy vascularity... I love it... Everyone at the gym is telling me how ripped I look and how much great muscle size I have put on... I will continue to log throughout... Any advice is always welcome...

So today is double good for me... I feel so damn strong... Today was bench day and I continue to see increases... Im doing 185x10 with no problem... 3 weeks ago I was lucky to get one set up of this weight for 6 reps... Im pumping it for 10 like its nothing... my dumbbell bench went up to 85's as opposed to the 70's I was doing just a few weeks ago... People at the gym can't believe how strong I am... When I do exercises on the cable machines, I frieking literally have to go get extra weights to put on the pin weights because the machine itself does not have enough weight for me... Yesterday I was doing tricep ropes straight pulldowns and I had to add a 25 pound plate to 150 pounds that are already on the machine... I mean its crazy... Today was nice because I feel so lean but Im looking so big... Gaining any weight in my stomach is something that I have always been scared of and do not want so the first few days when I did see a bit around there I was slightly discouraged but I realize that is all part of the process... Today was excellent... I feel damn good... I am extra hungry today for some reason but I have such high will power to stay strict on my diet... I must say, I am so happy with helladrol... I am going to stay with the 75 mg for aboiut 3 weeks and I was thinking of bumping up to 100 mg week 4... I am thinking that will be okay... Any opinions on that??

My h-drol cycle went amazing, put on a ****load of lean mass. I was about the same size as you and felt exactly like you do now. I bumped up to 100mg the last week and a half of my cycle for the same reasons you did. I would say don't do it. I started developing slight gyno symptoms right at the end of my cycle, which have now been taken care of. I didn't notice a difference between 75 and 100 either. If 75 makes you feel as amazing as it did for me I would just stick with it if I were you man. Keep it up

I put on 23 lbs through my cycle. I also got strep during it but just continued through it. I was miserable for like a week and a half but all ended well lol. but after pct I'm still up 16 lbs from the start of my cycle and my bf is way down. So it was an amazing experience for me. Just make sure you read everything you get your hands on and just educate yourself about the whole process.

So I have to say, going on almost two weeks that I am beyond thrilled with the results... I have gained 7 pounds and my body is still only 7%... I am so happy about this because I was worried at how quickly I was gaining weight but things are looking so good... My vascularity is so unbelievable... I was looking at myself when I was doing shoulders today and I felt the f'ing Hulk...
Today I was able to do dumbbell shoulder presses with 75 lbs for sets of 10 without any problem... A month ago I could barely do 55's... every lift is so intense and so strong... I feel like I get stronger as the workout goes on... This is after 5 miles of running and another 5 miles of stair climbing... I feel so amazing...
My diet is so strong right now... I am at about 3200-3500 calories a day with about 350-375 protein everyday... I am probably not getting enough carbs and I am going to work on that... Not a lot of fat in my diet besides the peanut butter but I want to stay shredded as well... I am just doing trial and error with certain things... I am so pleased with the results... I am going to post some before and after pics when I get home from work... I'm not sure how to post pics on here but I will figure it out...
I am a very motivated person, so I am planning on and expecting some serious improvement... Thanks for any that are following and the support that is being provided...

Bro you are killing it! 20lb increase on a movement you hit for reps?! That's crazy. Even over a 3 month period. Specially one thats not a big 3.

So I am on day 16 right now... My weight is up to 184 from a starting weight of 175... My body fat is still at 7% and I am absolutely thrilled... I am really staying strong on my diet... I am still right around 3300 calories a day and my protein intake is about 370... I probably am not eating enough carbs so I will have to incorporate that into my diet a little more.. Other than that, my diet is right on point!
So I decided to order forma stanzol just as a preventative measure... Im not sure that I am prone to anything but I would much rather be safe that have something stupid happen... It will be here Saturday...
I am absolutely killing it at the gym... My strength is absolutely insane... The thing that I really love is when I am on set 2 or 3 and im struggling to get that 9th or 10th rep and i think that set 4 will be a bi$ch to get up... Then its like the biggest adrenaline rush and I kill set 4... The vascularity continues to amaze me... The veins coming out of my biceps and shoulders make me feel like I'm turning into the Hulk... I am thrilled with pretty much everything...
I did have a small amount of acne but that went away quickly and every once in a while i sleep about 10 minutes longer than normal in the morning but other than that, I think everything is right on point...
I know that I am making gains faster than I ever expected... From what I have seen and read, most people get their big gains like week 4 or 5 so I feel like I am ahead of schedule...
I know its bad but I am already thinking about what to do for my next cycle... =) I know thats quite a bit of time away but i just love it!
ON A SIDE NOTE: some pathetic person at the gym actually went and told the manager that I was "making too much noise" when I lifted... That I was too intense in there... SERIOUSLY?? This is at 24 hour fitness mind you... The manager tells me how good it is to have me there and how I promote for them so well... I think that anyone who has a problem with "noise" needs to go to yoga class or go enroll at curves! =)
I killed it on shoulders today... I was pressing 155 barbell explosions standing up with ease... All of my lifts are continuing to go up... I felt like an animal yesterday when I lifted the 100 dumbbell up for sets of ten on tricep extensions... You also really know your getting strong when the you have to put dumbbells on the machines because the full amount of weight they have is not enough... I am doing chest tomorrow and I am thinking about possibly maxing out on bench... I havent maxed in about a month or so before I started my cycle... I maxed at 245... I really want to get up to the 275-300 range... I think tomorrow would be a good time to make an attempt at around 260... I will post tomorrow about...
all in all, very pleased with everything so far... Im sticking with 75 mg because why fix what isn't broke... its working great right now so I am going to stick with it... I just keep working harder everyday and the progress continues... =)

Hahah! Yea 24hr gets those lamo's who want to watch tv quietly while walking on the thread mill... I remember that.
The one I went to had weights in a separate area... though they had to get rid of it for some reason... Regardless... that sucks, and your gym manager is lucky to have you there man. Motivational for sure!

Impressive progress man! You gotta love the gym d-bags that complain. I would tell him if he didn't want to hear you to wear earphones or change his tampon. I caught a bunch of sh1t a while back for tossing the 100 lb DBs on the floor after some DB bench presses. I told the idiot that worked there that it was the safest way to put them down without risking an injury and that's how I will continue to do it!! People that push up that puss weight know nothing about that!!

lollll i hear ya man... totally unbelievable... people like that seriously do not belong at the gym... were there for a reason and its to bust our a$$... how else can you put down dumbbells that size?? lolll people are seriously ridiculous... thats why i say... go to yoga or become a certified curves member... =) im sure its quiet enough in both of those places!! we just keep killen em bro!

Today was chest and back... I decided to go ahead an max out on my bench today... I did my usual 5 mile run in 35 minutes and my 5 mile stairclimb... Then it was time to get it! My goal has been to get to at least 250 which I felt should be achievable... I was repping oiut 185 for sets of 10 really strong and then 205 for sets of 10... I definitely sold myself short because I pushed 250 up like an animal! I had PLENTY of room to spare on it... I think I could get 265-270 up... I was so happy with my lifts today and I wasn't feeling my best because I had only 4 hours of sleep last night... I had to go to our ridiculous Friday morning meetings for work which is almost as fun as watching paint dry... Anyway, I absolutely killed it on chest and my back lifts just keep going up like crazy... I am so thrilled with the progress that is being made on this cycle... My forma stanzol is going to be here tomorrow so I will start taking that as well... Its more of a precaution than anything but why risk anything?? My starting weight was 185 today and my body fat is still at 7.0%... I am really working hard on keeping my diet perfect... I didn't quite eat as much yesterday, about 3100 calories but my protein was 375... I work 1-10 so I try to always eat well at work the best I can... Luckily the grocery store is close so I can get good healthy food... I am so pumped up with how great things are going... Im just going to keep working harder and harder each day and hopefully the gains will only be better and better... My vascularity is what I am absolutely loving too... The amount of veins popping out of my shoulders and biceps is beyond incredible... I love it! I am trying to be as precise as I can with everything and as safe and smart as possible... This is going better than I expected and I want to keep it that way! I will keep the updates coming on here... The improvements will just continue because i will settle for nothing less... I work harder each day... I pray every morning, stay on the right path and everything just continues moving forward...

Great log to follow mate, it's an exciting read cause your enthusiasm and excitement on your gains really shines through when telling us about your workouts and gains.. Im subbed!
Hope your going to log PCT as well, cause that can be a very interesting time, trying to keep gains and other issues that arise if you experience shutdown.
