travled 3 miles

Man I wanna cut after my cycle but damn I HATE cardio zzzz schwell u got some hardcore determination going.
I heard that extreme repping at heavy weights and burning out for example squats can equal a session of cardio this true? Some guy said like 500 calories reps of 15 etc. This true by any chance?" PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY"

Well you burn a lot during any heavy complex movement workout, plus your metabolism stays increased for the next couple days while your recovering, but adding in cardio is like icing on the cake, which really makes no sense in this regard
But I would think a good clean diet and lifting would work for a cut just as well as cardio, but not as well as cardio AND lifting......

heavy ass weight lifting will burn an insane amount of calories. heavy deads/squats will without a doubt kill calories.
it would work just lifting with a tight diet after my next bulk which will be a lighter one i will not be doing as much cardio for the cut

10g bcaa during cardio
5g during weights

good work out
got some loose skin- i know just time will fix this but it aint to bad or noticiable really

I've done research grade nolva 20,20,10,10 for 2 epi cycles, 2 sdrol to pplex bridges, and doing that and clomid right now for half a week or so then PCT is done....I've never had a problem and recovered fine with nolva.
I meant compound movements earlier, not complex, but whateves....
And also, if you are lifting heavy but eating for a cut, realize your numbers probably won't be as impressive as they would be on a good bulk....that's discouraging but it still works.....just something else to keep in mind

And some folk actually use nolva for no reason other than to help test levels.....not in PCT or anything, just a "cycle" of nolva....theres some good googlings about it

i worked today for five hours on my feet running around and ****
so im guessing that alone accounts for about 150-200 calories
then the weight session which was intense bout-400 calories so
800 calories down- im gunna eat at 2800 calories today

okay nothing today gotta work which means i will be on feet for 6+hours moving lifting **** etc- good cardio always burn good calories there.
diet is point on i got some viens coming in around my stomach :O
uhmmm pics probably tomorrow, OR next week.....

DNP will be in pct too, i have just uncovered some very interesting information regarding it's uncoupling abilities with mitochondria. Also it IS NOT dangerous in low doses,
workouts will be less intense- perhaps i will save it for after pct
but it will in effect, allow me to consume 3000 plus calories a day while still loosing up to 2lbs fat per day.
It is nitrogen sparing, meaning it does not attack muscles
