trained with scott bjork today- he wants to prep me for a show locally in a year or two- meh i dunno maybe, but i DO KNOW THIS! Im going to keep training with him, he showed me some stuff that was INSANE- people think 6-8 reps for volumization? Uh Uh, people think weight has to be high? Uh Uh- if the weight is high and reps are high- THAT is where volumization comes in, and that = growth gentlemen.
i will put up the workout shortly- also i think some pics are due. Im going to refeed on clean complex carbs- real controlled refeed- buckwheat pancakes and thats it. 150 grams from that keeping total carbs under 250 so yup epic

8-12 is good for growth, but i dont need to grow right now, i need to sculpt what I have, make sure my arms are proportionate. which yes lower reps with more weight (provided reps are 8-10) will bring growth, but right now- scott/I are working on molding what I already have, and then working on growth. But as stated volumization is key....

with all this Scott was showing me the proper form to PEAK the bicep head, I have arms, no doubt, but he was showing me how to sculpt it.

refeed on 250g of carbs(clean) was trail mix with some buckwheat pancakes
took 1 gram of gluco****e which increases insulin sensitivity, cancells out 30% of carbs, and is a nutrient partitioner.
tomorrow is chest/abs/cardio

yeah, my lipids are absolutely nuked though- i got my blood test back today
normal range for ldl 0-100 mine-250
normal range for HDL 30-70(or something like that) mine- 25
my doctor was like- something is not right here- i was thinkin- no ****
he prescribed me to zocor- which is a statin- or commonly known as a medication to improve cholesterol levels- no i know it isnt a magic pill, and yes, im going to pct soon, and zocor will be in the pct etc to help level out lipids.
liver enzymes where mildly elevated- nothing bad at all really, kidneys- functioning fine.
no surprise to me though.
well tomorrow is legs(quads)/forarms and like a 10 hour shift at work for cardio

yuh! Progress has been great, very happy and yeah i got about 6 weeks left- im thinking another solid 10-12 lbs fat loss, and what HCC is correct- im getting thinner but staying roughly the same weight- i have dropped down to the low 220's in the last month, but im replacing fat with muscle Im guessing i will end up at 215 at the end but with some nice muscle gained in this cut portion
body certainly has taken a beating though, i will be taking some much needed time off, till cholesterol levels stabelize
today is actually nothing- im on my feet for probably 10 hours at work so im lookin at a solid 500 calories burnt there

i have something super special planned for my off time
it will include
HGH and Ostarine, IGF, and some other goodies gunna continue to lean up after pct cause im not where i want to be yet, but it's time to come off cycle, so i will pct it up for 4 weeks, start the ostarine/hgh and do a lighter cut to continue chopping the fat off, the HGH will be ran until my next cycle which will probably be around november/december- depending on blood work
tomorrow is legs, guna do some insane ****- weight is guna be decent, but reps/sets- i bet my legs r gunna explode

well, HGH helps liver enzymes, and cholesterol levels, plus burns fat, Ostarine is minimally if at all suppressive, and IGF is localized cell proliferation. So yes just uhhh trying to be smart about it etc

LSD was being experimented with for depression in Bill W's time. It wasn't considered a high at that point in time- thus no relapse as his motive was- to treat depression

steroids do not = relaspe.. BUT, i know quite a few people who too much for too long (1yr+) and when they came off they ended up using- prob bc their life sucked after not ever being to recover from their last cycle

okay- im adding carbs back in- very low amounts (serving of oats and a banana in morning, apple post workout) because im not always going to be off carbs, and its last 6 weeks so its time to reincorperate them- to counteract im dropping fats down 20 grams. So yuh. I will not be where i want to be at the end of this cycle- but thats okay- i have made amazing progress- next cycle will be even more epic(not as much gear though)

dont laugh, but have you tried including an insulinomimetic? you may be able to eat carbs and still get the results. for me the difference is drastic, much more so than what roids can do. i went from an extremely strict diet to eating everything i want and still maintaining low bodyfat.
btw, has masteron arrived?

1-testosterone has an anabolic androgenic ratio of 2:1

diet was a little sloppy today
had some BAKED CHICKEN WINGS with terriaky sauce, but hey im not binging on cookies/icecream like is my habit- im done with all that
so yes i have added back in carbs, but i think i liked fat loss better with 50< grams of carbohyrdates so this is whut im doing
1/2 apple- roughly 15 carbs
post workout 1 whole apple- 20-30 carbs
and thats it, i figure, when pct comes i will add in more fructose, and some beans for carbs (black beans) and keep carbs low throughout summer, then when i start to bulk again i will use grains, until then carbs will be low with fats high- my body just responds better to this i am finding out.
well tommorrow is an off day so
abs/calves and doing a good 45 minutes of cardio

bodybuilding- isn't all about weight, its about sculpting the muscles there
besides one week is HEAVY next week light(isolation TUT) i find my body reacts very well to this on a cut, if i was bulking i would be hitting heavy every week
