doing nothing today guys. I just dont have time I have class again in like uh 45 minutes. Yes this is enough time to do some cardio but im ****ing spent- it's been 10 days in a row that I have done cardio. One day wont kill me.
diet is on point still <100 carbs today and no more refeeds unless i have a mental break down- which i probly will around 30 days no cheating lmao but whatever i bet the fat loss speads up either way im guna conquer
tomorrow im on my feet for 8+ hours at work, then the gym, then cardio so im gunna have cals around 2600 tomorrow

Yo bro, just got your txt and it's late so I put this here. Plus you know I hate txting long explanations.
If you fat loss has slowed with the diet you are on I would look at a few things.
Sodium intake. You need to watch this closely, not having carbs in you will make your weight have the ability to fluctuate quite a bit.
Estrogen. Is it possible you are bloating at all? I know you are on Aromasin, but did you alter the dosage or did you body make enough aromatase that you need to up the dose?
If all that is in check I would look at the timing of your meals and macros. When are you getting your healthy fats or the majority of your highly biological slow (and fast for that matter) digesting protein. Where are the carbs coming from specifically?
Any hydrogenated oils or HFCS?
Just shooting in the dark, what you think bro?

Fast proteins- ALWAYS after workout, mix them throught the day with slow protein(greek yogurt)
slow proteins- eggs in the morning always, no beef in diet(rare)
chicken throughout day i never really thought about fast proteins- i know WPI can cause an insulin spike. but yuh this sums it up
i think im just impatient i mean im eating 2500 cals a day
loosing 200-300 6x a week from cardio
another 200-500 5x a week from weights so yuh

This second part is worth looking into for the reason of what you said: insulin. The larger the spike, the more you slow your fat burning down, simple as that. LOTS of Insulin=cortisol=fat loss go bye bye, but managed correctly these can be powerful tools to help you grow muscle and burn fat.
You are on the right track.
I'd be interested to see if the masteron is going to be enough to keep the bloat down. I'm thinking it will be.
I would go with aromasin in the meantime instead of the Letro. Try to save the letro for PCT if needed then. Unless you just want to dry out before masteron, which you may, I'm not sure.
If it were me, I'd hit the aromasin hard till next wed or so and by that time you should know if the masteron is going to be able to keep the aromatization at a level that won't cause too much bloat or excess water. Letro is so powerful and with it's longer half life it would remain in your system much longer than the Aromasin which I'd be willing to bet if you have Letro in your system with a sh1t ton of Masteron you are going to have really aching joints. Not to mention a slowing of gains bc you killed all your estro.....
