Not Another Mr. Supps Log! That's right, NeedToBuildMuscle is taking over the logs section, and this one is for Dieselbolan V2.0!!!
So, the measure of success is going to be if I break 220lbs and bust through a 300lb bench press.
Measurements: cold and unflexed
Chest: 42.25"
Left Bicep: 15/25"
Right Bicep: 15.25"
Forearms: 12"
Waist: 35.5"
Left Thigh: 23.5"
Right Thigh: 24"
Left Calf: 15.5"
Right Calf: 16"
Weight: 208lbs
bf%: 13.5% from 3 point skin fold
I'll be dosing 3 caps a day (30mg Dymethazine, 75mg Max-LMG), 2 first thing in the morning, then one with dinner for the next 30 days.
First dose started today, it was a decent 5x5 workout.
Flat BB Press: 135 x 20; 225 x 7; 245 x 4; 245 x 4; 245 x 4; 225 x 5; 135 x 20
Squat: 135 x 10; 225 x 8; 315 x 5; 315 x 5; 325 x 4; 285 x 7; 285 x 7
Bent Over BB Row: 135 x 10; 185 x 8; 185 x 8; 185 x 8; 135 x 10
Seated Calf Raise: 180 x 10; 205 x 8; 205 x 8; 205 x 8; 205 x 8

Your stats make you look like a beast for not being able to bench 3 man. I could do it when I wasn't even close to being your size. You'll knock that oit for sure with this.

Thanks, that's really my goal, but I wanted to be realistic and hopefully surprise myself.
Yeah, bench has never been my strong point. Well, strength hasn't been my strong point TBH! Wait, what is my strong point... oh yeah, calf strength FTW!!!
With NTBM/Mr. Supps, anything is possible! How about a 700lb DL? Maybe if there was some Beastrdrol in my future...

Day 2:
Took 2 caps at 4:30AM (then snoozed back to sleep till 5:30), tried my new SuperPump Max (2 scoops), and went to the gym for arms day around 6AM.
BB Curl: 95 x 10; 105 x 8; 115 x 5; 115 x 4; 115 x 4; 115 x 3; 95 x 8
CG Smith Machine Bench Press: 180 x 8 (6 sets)
BB Preacher Curl: 75 x 10; 95 x 8; 105 x 5; 105 x 5; 105 x 4; 75 x 10
Weighted Dips: +45 x 10; +70 x 8; +90 x 5; +90 x 4; +90 x 3 (tweaked shoulder at end)
Cardio: 10 minutes treadmill interval 1on/1off at 5mph / 7.5mph
Tiring again though it still doesn't look like much on paper! Honestly, I feel like my curl strength has gone down a little, I was doing 125lbs for 3-5 reps not too long ago. Well, it'll be back up soon.
Side note on SuperPump-MAX --> Not the greatest pre-workout IMO. I was just logging APS Mesomorph and that was much better energy and focus. It took till close to the end of the workout for SP-Max to kick in, and even then it wasn't much. Disappointed, but we'll see how it goes, maybe it'll get better... - 09-28-2010, 04:32 PM

AM workouts:
I have a shake pre-wo with 50g WMS carbs and ~8g EAA. I drink Size On Max during (40g carb, 8g pro +BCAA). I have a post wo shake 80g carb, 50 g pro. I eat 1-1.5 cups oats with whey about an hour after.
The "fasted" AM work kinda sucks, but I've gotten used to it. That being said I overslept and due to early meetings had to skip the gym today. I'll move my DL and shoulder work to tomorrow and just cut the high volume arm / ab day out this week. I just can't justify getting up any earlier, and I actually feel sicker if I have food in my gut while working out. Go figure... - 09-29-2010, 11:47 AM

Day 3:
Missed the gym, one of my favorite days (DL and shoulders). I'll move that to tomorrow, and just drop arm/ab volume day I usually work on Thursdays.
Side note, muscles are feeling fuller and harder since last night. I tend to feel effects quickly, but then tolerance builds up fast too. So far, I like it, but we'll see how the results pan out for the final verdict. - 09-29-2010, 06:47 PM

Took 2 pills at 4:30AM. Took a pre-wo drink of SP-Max, 50g WMS, 2g ALCAR, 8g EAA. Was at thr gym around 5:30AM.
Good workout today, though I pulled a trap/rhomboid a little on military press:
DL: 135 x 10; 225 x 8; 315 x 5; 365 x 3; 405 x 1; 455 x 1; 455 x 1; 405 x 1
Standing BB Military Press: 135 x 10; 185 x 4; 185 x 4; 155 x 8; 165 x 5; 165 x 5
Seated Calves: 225 x 5; 225 x 5; 180 x 10; 180 x 10; 180 x 10; 180 x 10
Leaning DB Lateral Raise: 40 x 8; 45 x 8; 50 x 8
DB Shrugs: 130 x 15 (3 sets)
Weighed in and I'm at 210.5! 2.5lbs in 4 days? WHAT!?!? Same weighing time and scheme as always, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow to be sure.
Post WO shake, then oatmeal and whey for breakfast. I was really busy today, so missed lunch and just drank a shake and protein bar and some peanuts.
I felt really good on the DL's. I might have even been able to do more, but after hurting my back on 455 a month ago, I didn't want to push it too soon. Next week, 475 or maybe 500! Bring it!!!

Squat: 135 x 10; 225 x 8; 315 x 5; 225 x 10; 275 x 8
Barbell Row: 135 x 10; 185 x 10; 205 x 8; 225 x 8
Leg Press Calf Raises: 360 x 10; 360 x 10; 450 x 8; 450 x 8; 450 x 8; 450 x 8
Incline Bench Press: 225 x 5; 225 x 3; 225 x 3
Weighed in at 209.5lbs.
Bench press went well. I haven't hit 275lbs in a while, let alone 2 solid full reps. I thought I could get 300, almost did, but didn't have the gas. Next week 300 is mine! Squats sucked, my back was sore from DL's yesterday, so took an easy pass on it.
