Greetings, Ladies and Gents.
I am new to this forum, but from time-to-time I read here and there, and have finally decided to register for myself.

I've just recovered from a recent back injury, and I've decided it's time to kick off again. I have planned this cycle for ages. My diet will stay fairly clean, my training will be very strict, and my sleep will be profuse. I've done a few PH/DS cycles, but the cycle listed below will be the longest. I have familiarity with Tren and HDrol, but this will be my first time playing with P-Plex. In this log, I will list my workouts, strength gains, reviews, sleep and overall sense of well-being. With the above stated, I hope to gain the most optimal results.

Stats:
(All measurements have been taken cold/unflexed and weight is dry)

BF - Approx. 11-12%
Height - 5'9.5"

Diet: Mainly Oats, Rice, Pasta, Chicken, Steak, Fish, and Shakes. 4-5meals/day and 1 Cytogainer Shake/day.

Halocore by Rockhard Formulations (H50).

Thats quite a while to be on using 4 different hormones and 10 weeks on methlys, if i were you id split this into 2 separate cycles p-plex/tren 4-5 weeks then after a while off cut with hdrol/tren and that bridge is useless you'll probably end up doing it anyway but thats my 2 cents.

Tren is a progestin using b-6/vitex to combat any sides that could occur?? and PCT???

Yes, I know it's quite long and harsh. I may shorten the cycle, or replace the P-Plex w. Bold200. And as for the 11-OXO Bridge, I've read/heard many things here and there, but if I could get anymore opinions, I will drop it. I am still deciding on what to use for PCT, but I've got Nolva/Clomid @ hand, and I am open to any suggestions.

Yeah that would be a good idea imo goals are great but not at the expense of ones health. with the tren ive read nolva isnt a good option for pct so probably should go with the clomid though just what i read no experience with that.

I've run a 11-oxo bridge an honestly all i got from it was a headache an actual headhache everyday i ran it at 750-1000 mg no gains either way if i wasn't popping em myself i wouldnt of known i was taking them besides the headaches.

I had a wonderful sleep today, and I feel great. My strength is still good (since I have been out for awhile). Good pumps and vascularity. No strain on my back, as I lifted light today in a few exercises. I will follow the 12, 9, 6 rep scheme for this cycle to put on both strength and size.

I had lethargy upon awakening. My shoulders felt weak today, I went from repping 95lb DB Shoulder Presses for 4-5 reps to 80lbs for 4. My Smith Presses are down as well. DB Shrugs seemed really heavy, and I could feel strain on my lower back while I was doing them (with belt on). I had really good pumps today though.

Good cycle, but you workout schedule looks brutal. Chest back and quads that close. With your schedule, you could easily do an 8day split that would hit everything hard.
Example:
Mon Quads, Tues chest, Weds arms, Thurs off, Fri hams, Sat shoulders Sun back, Mon Off

just my opinion

Again, no workout today, but I'll hit it up hard this week. I will also be following a new workout regime. It consists of a 5-day split, 10-8-6-6 rep-scheme, and 2-3 days of cardio per week. My workout will look something like this:

REVIEWS FOR WEEK 1:
Unfortunately, I was only able to make it into the gym 3 days this week. I have put on nearly 4.5lbs. Lethargy was evident. My pumps last all day. My arms are 1/4" bigger and my shoulders are noticeably bigger. I ditched chest, mid/lower back, and quads this past week, so I'll be hitting them hard in the weeks to come. I'm also be expecting more size and strength gains for this second week.

My legs felt powerful today, but they are completely ****ed now! I thought they would be a lot weaker since it has been ages that I have last worked them. The only lift I was down on were my regular squats.. 405/4 felt heavier than usual today. I went a bit lighter on Hacks as well, because last time I was having knee problems (that have now gone away), so I will definitely bump up a few hundred pounds next week. I have always had good genetics in my legs, especially in my calves (hence, i only did 4 sets). From this week on, I might work my calves only once per week or not at all.

Additionally, I've bumped the Tren to 90mg starting week 4, and I'll be running it at 90mg until the end of the cycle. I've only got 112 caps of H-Drol left, so I'd like to get the most out of it this cycle, as I'm only running it for only 4 weeks. I understand that 50mg/day is weak, and anymore than 125mg/day would be too much for me. Any suggestions on the dosing for the last 4 weeks? Thank you in advance.

Workout today went swell. My DB Presses were up - I could have gone 90lbsx6, but some dude was mucking around with dumbbells behind me and made me lose focus. Shrugs felt much better today and lighter (very little strain on lower back this week). Side lateral raises seemed heavier than usual, machine dips felt very light, and overall triceps felt fine this week. I may hit some smith behind-the-back shrugs on back day (sat) as I didn't do them today. My triceps were cashed out on each last set except the machine dips (perhaps i'll go much heavier next time), and I may even hit CG Bench Presses on back day as well.

I feared going into the gym today, and I've not been looking forward to it. Today was back day, and about one month ago, I injured my back - hence, the above was stated. I pulled my lower back posterior muscle doing bent-over rows (still uncertain as to how). Aside from that, I had a SICK workout today. I had the "Alpha Male, I-own-this-gym" feeling going on, and blasted through each exercise like Ronnie Coleman. My strength felt great today. I went exceptionally lighter on a few lifts: Bent-Over Rows, Cable Rows, and Deadlifts. So that my form would be immaculate, I opted doing the bent-over rows on a smith machine. After doing some db rows, my lower back started to ache and strain. During my deadlift session, the first set felt killer/heavy, the second set felt a bit lighter, and i eased through the third set. I felt as though I could have easily gone a 4th set for 405 and perhaps repped it for 3-4 reps, but I wanted to avoid injuries this week. On my last exercise, I chose to do inside hammer curls to work extensively on my forearm and brachialis. I can't wait until I bump the Tren to 90mg. :)

Week 2 Update:
I am up around 14-15 pounds from the beginning of my cycle. Strength has definitely kicked in this week, and I am hoping for more during my third upcoming week. I will keep the same dosages on both the P-Plex and Tren for week 3. I am looking a lot more leaner/vascular than I had expected. This P-Plex is really fun as it is treating me exceptionally well. The sides have been little to none thus far. My joints feel just fine, I have lethargy here and there, no back pumps, and still strange dreams from time to time. Unfortunately, I am combating a little bit of stress. I went out and got completely wasted last night, I broke it off with my fiance, and I got pulled over by the cops. My mind is still in this though (75%), and I will do everything to focus and push through until the end of the cycle for you all. I have high expectations of hitting 200lbs while on the Phera. Enjoy the ride guys, and buckle up tight for week 3. :)

Note: My actual camera is broken. The cam still charges, but it does not turn on. It is not that I am afraid to post up before/after pictures, but it is just that I am currently having difficulties. My sister does have a cam, and perhaps I can take pictures after the end of the P-Plex/Tren run, then again after the H-Drol/Tren run, and again after PCT. I do have older pictures to give you all an idea, but they are not recent, and won't do justice.

I still need help dosing the H-Drol during the 2nd half of my cycle, and I am open to any suggestions. I will post the information below. Thank you in advance.

I was originally planning to run this cycle for 10 weeks (2 additional weeks of H-Drol/Tren), but I took heed and cut it down to 8 weeks. I have a total of 112 25mg H-Drol caps left. If I dose the H-Drol like I did above, that will be 112 caps total. I understand that H-Drol does not do much during weeks 1-2, and tends to kick in during weeks 3-4. I also understand that 50mg is low, and 125mg + is too much for me, but I want to get the most out of the H-Drol. Any suggestions?

Good gains so far, bro!

I see what you're trying to do here, but 8 weeks is a long time to be on these compounds. I would probably cap it at 6 weeks. I'm also taking P-Plex, but with T-Roid (a tren analogue). Similar gains and only a few days ahead of you. There's no way I could do 8 weeks of this. What's your PCT look like?

This is why I picked H-drol, as it is a more mild compound. I've not yet fully decided on my PCT, but I have MANY ITEMS at hand to pick from. So far, I've tossed Clomid and BioForge into the mix..

WOW!!! I felt like an Ox walking into the gym today, and I lifted like an Ox throughout my whole workout. Setting a new PR on my Bench Press, I lifted 315x1 on my last set. I cannot believe how much strength I have gained since last week. I was doing 245x4 last week, and I could have easily done 275x4 today. The weights felt very light today in almost every lift. While having wrist wraps on, both my wrists and forearms still started hurting/straining on the BB and Preacher Curls. I think it may be time to kick up a bit more fish oils and joint supps. I could have also easily repped the Incline DB Curls for 45x6. Perhaps all the strength came from my eagerness and anticipation of using the H-Drol, which I threw into the mix today (Placebo). My Cycle now looks like this:

Days 1-3 - 20mg P-Plex, 30mg Tren
Days 4-7 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren
Week 2 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren
Week 3 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 50mg H-Drol
Week 4 - 40mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 50mg H-Drol
Week 5 - 90mg Tren, 75mg H-Drol

BOOM!!!! I only had roughly 5-6hrs of sleep today, and I felt exhausted when I walked into the gym. My first, second, and third sets on Squats felt like **** (I felt so weak). About 10-15 minutes in, I felt a big boost of strength during my 3-4th set of squats. Leg Presses felt heavier than usual today. I wish my gym had a different Leg Press Machine that could rack more weights... 900lbs is max (stacking weights on top), and I know i could easily do well over 1,000lbs. Our Leg Press Machine is ridiculous, it only holds 8 plates on each side, and our gym only has 2 100lb plates, so I have always got to stack a few more plates on top of the machine (ghetto). Hacks felt just fine today, and Leg Ext. were easy. I definitely need to purchase some knee-wraps; squats are starting to get heavy, and hacks are always hard on my knees.

Note: When I posted my Max Lifts/PR's in my first post, the lifts were pertaining to me being OFF cycle. I have squatted 495x3 in the past while on cycle, and I expect to go over 500lbs during this cycle. However, I did set another new PR today on Squats. I squatted 455x3, and could have easily gone another rep, but I had no spot.

New goals for this cycle:
I would like to...
1)Hit 200lbs on the scale
2)Bench 335x1
3)500x1
4)Deadlift 455x1


I can truly say that all the above are close in reach except for the latter. I am not sure how my back will hold up, as it strains during some days from my past injury.

I am so anxious for next week... Phera bumps up to 40mg!!!

Thanks! I didn't think I'd run three compounds simultaneously either; it's only for two weeks though, and the H-Drol is set @ 50mg/day. I've doubled up on a few supporting supps as aid. I'll also be monitoring these two weeks very closely. I'd much rather run this route than two extra weeks of Tren and H-Drol as i'd anticipated (bringing my cycle to 10 weeks). I've used Tren and H-Drol a few times in the past, and they're just brilliant, as they've both treated me well. This will be my first run with Phera, and so far, I'm loving it. I'd definitely give Phera another run in the future.

I believe you'll enjoy your run with Tren+Hdrol. I would run it for at least 6 weeks - both compounds.

The past three days I've not had much sleep and I've been dieting bad. I felt very weak/tired walking into the gym today. I didn't think my lifts would be up to par, but I set two new PR's, so I'm pleased about that. I could have gone another rep on the DB Presses for 90x7, but opted not to when I felt pain in my forearms (my joints starting hurting today). I'll be kicking off the joint supps right now along with more fish oils. CG Bench Presses really hurt today (wrists/forearms), so I had to end it at 225x3. Tonight, I'll continue lifting again (Back, Hams, Calves) to make up for my past 3 OFF days, and then start fresh Monday. Bedtime now!

with tren you need something to combat progestin sides and blood pressure correct?
how did you handle pct? was it OTC or other stuff

also keep an eye on the joint pain i got tendonitis and apartial tricep tear last summer while on epi so take the strenght gains nice and slow or else

I've used Fina back in the day, and am interested about these OTC Tren-analogue hormones. I've been looking into doing Finavol alongside PP, just as yourself and Shaddow.

I don't understand your first question. I've not ran a h/drol+tren before.

Yes, I'm using Vitex, B6, and Hawthorne Berries to help combat the sides that Tren may give.

Again, I don't understand your question - How did I handle PCT for what? I seldom use OTC stuff.

Thank you for the heads up, but I am using Glucosamine Chondroitin w/ MSM and Cissus for joint support. I'm also drinking a profuse amount of water each day (at least 1gal.).

Another thing, Taurine is good to preload and taking during cycle while taking any Tren analogues. People sometimes report back pumps, but I've never gotten them.

Thanks. It's somewhat harsh, but fortunate I'm using H-Drol as it's mild. I'm hoping things go for me well too. I've set many new PR's and am now the heaviest that I've ever been.

I felt like a beast today! My aggression was off the charts, and my strength was just amazing. I'm pleased as I set two new PR's - one in Flat Bench, and the other in Incline DB Press (I've not done for ages). My joints feel just fine today, and they didn't hurt one bit during my killer arm workout. I've also bumped the P-Plex to 40mg this week which I am excited about in seeing the results. I'm hoping to hit 200lbs by the end of this week to set a new heavy-weight record. I missed back and hams last week, so i'm going to do a hard 6 day on, 1 day off workout split this week and reap the full benefits of the P-Plex. I'll keep you guys updated.

How's your sleep been on this run, and are you sweating a lot at night? I've read about a fair amount of people having sleep issues and drenching the sheets at night on these tren compounds. I slept great the first couple weeks, but it finally started happening to me big time since. But I've also been running it @ 90mg this whole time...

I only had five hours of sleep last night - due to fighting with my fiance again, but we're good to go now. I had no problems waking up, but I walked into the gym with a jaded and distressed state of mind. Today, I had little soreness from yesterdays workout. I felt a little focused, but the strength didn't seem to be there (mind-wise), neither was the aggression. I kicked off my workout with DB Presses, which I should have saved for later on this week, because I did Incline DB Presses yesterday. The DB Presses felt a little heavy, so I ended them at three sets. I then moved on to Smith Shoulder Presses and again set another new PR. Shrugs seemed very light today, and I should have supersetted 120+lbs DB's with a BB of 405+lbs. I felt little strain in my lower back from the Behind-the-Back Shrugs, but this could be due to bad form I presume. Everything in my back regime ran smoothly and accordingly. I would have loved to throw in an extra set on both my Ab workouts, but I was short on time. Overall, my joints felt perfectly all right, but I'll still bump up on fish oils and joint supps next week.

Thanks! Daring may be the appropriate word. I've not had any issues so far, and I've been checking my blood pressure daily (everything is in check).
I have high expectations for this cycle:
1)Gain 20+lbs, 2)lose 2-4%BF, and 3)to gain the strength of an Ox.

Goal 1) is in hands reach (i've put on 34.5lbs before, in the past, during a big cycle),
Goal 2) has been attained
Goal 3) has been overachieved :)

I can't wait to see how week 5 treats me - 90mg Tren and 75mg H-Drol.

I am not very happy about my leg workout today. It seems as though my strength is stationary (perhaps the PP is diminishing). Getting out of bed was so hard, I didn't think I would make it into the gym tonight. As soon as I hit my first set of squats, I knew my strength had not increased. I squatted the same amount today as I did last week. However, I believe I could have gone 495-500lbs for one rep, on my last set, but I had no spot. After each work set of Squats, I felt exhausted, out of breathe, and I felt as though I could not recover quickly. I set a new PR on Leg Extensions today, and decided to hit them for a total of five sets. I opted for the Leg Press Machine, because my lower back started aching after the squats, and I wanted to avoid injury at all costs. My knees felt somewhat bent out of shape during my Hack Squat session. I wanted to do lunges, but again, I ran out of time, and I believe what I did today was sufficient - I'll do lunges later on this week. I believe it may be time to bump the Tren up to 90mg, but I'll hold off until next week as I'll be bumping up the H-Drol as well. My lats were sore today, which is strange, because they don't ever get sore.

For my PCT, I'll be using the following, and please feel free to make any suggestions. I want my PCT to be IMMACULATE for this cycle.
1)Clomid
2)BioForge
3)Fenugreek
Additions: Anabolic Pump and Creatine.. perhaps diesel test.

My sleep sesh was just wonderful, and I woke up feeling well rested with little lethargy. I'm so pleased with my workout today as I set three new PR's. I went 250x4 on Incline Bench with a spotter (he didn't touch the bar until the last rep). I always have trouble with DB Flats.. I can't ever get in a comfortable position to throw them back before pushing them up. It seems like DB Inclines are easier than DB Flats are for me - Any suggestions? I am actually lifting heavier on DB Inclines than I am on DB Flats, but I'm lifting more on Flat Bench than I am on Incline Bench - This seems very incongruous and odd to me. Anyhow, my strength was through the roof today, and my recovery was just paramount. I feel now that the H-Drol has finally kicked in. My joints felt fine in every exercise tonight, but my wrists did hurt when I sat down the EZ Bar on its rack. I went lighter than usual on my last superset with Bi's & Tri's, but I still killed my arms good. I am now up 18 pounds even in weight. I truly believe that I could be up at least 20lbs by now if I'd not slacked around (drinking alcohol and missing a few workout days). Each pound is getting much harder to gain nowadays as I can only feed my face so much.
