I was recently selected by LG Sciences and CraigMatthew to run a log of their new Methyl Masterdrol V3. I am truly excited about the opportunity to run this log and I will be putting my all into this cycle. I received the shipment yesterday which included a 10 day supply of MMV3. I will then run my PCT of T911, very excited about this part as well, for the duration of the bottle.
I have run some fairly harsh Pro Hormone cycles consisting on Epistane, Xtreme Tren/P-Plex and M-Drol. All of those have been serious Mass Gaining compounds with harsh sides. So running MMV3 which is low in sides and geared more towards cutting is the perfect match for where I need/want to accomplish over the next 6 months as I start working towards my goal of 10% body fat.
This will be a fairly short cycle for me with the others being 3.5, 5 and 6 weeks respectively. I am not sure what to expect from this, but based on LG's track record and user feedback I am excited about the opportunity.
Another quick tidbit...I have a bulging disk between the L4/L5 vertabrae. I met with a specialist and he said I won't do any damage by working out upper body and I can work lower body as long as I limit the strain on my lower lumbar. I also started taking MethlyPrednisolone to bring down the inflamation, but I will be finished with that prior to Monday's start of MMV3. Since my goal is getting lean, rather than adding huge strength, it will not hamper my goal on this cycle.

Bodyfat%: 19% via calipers around 3/1/09
1. Run a hell of a log that is honest about my experiences with the product and fair.
2. Being a pretty short cycle and a product made for recomp/lean gains I am primarily hoping for a great Recomp effect, but adding 4-5 lean pounds would make this PH a bonified winner.
3. My previous max on bench is 335lbs while on my my Xtreme Tren cycle (2-3 months ago and not attempted again). By day 10, I would like to hit that mark again if not 345.
4. Reduce my waiste and belly circumfrence by 1" by the end of the cycle/PCT. I will take measurements Monday before my first dose
5. Reduce my bodyfat by 1-2%. The more the merrier because my goal is 10% and I am a long way off.
As stated above I will be running LG's Methyl Masterdrol Version 3. I will be taking it at 3 caps per day. One cool thing about the new version is it is sublingual which I am told will aid in absorption.
The cycle will be 10 days @ 3 caps per day.
PCT will be T911 as directed until the bottle is empty.

I am not the best at laying out my diet and following it to a T. However, I do watch my calories and typically keep them between 2500-3000 calories a day. I also add 2 - 40g+ protein shakes a day at minimum and will up that to 3 while on cycle. I aim for 200g of protein especially when on cycle.
I want to give MMV3 a fair shake so the only supplements I will be taking along with the cycle are:
All The Whey Protein
My workout consists of a 4 day split of the following:
Back/Abs (A little limited with my back situation)
Legs/Chest day focused on upper chest
I also try to get cardio at the end of 3 of the days and will typically find another day to go to the gym over the week.

Thank you all for joining up. According to the guys at LG the initial testers gained quite a bit of weight on MMV3 in the first 9 days. I know MMV2 did not cause bloating and was great for recomp so I going to eat clean, lift huge and let MMV3 work it's magic.
As stated earlier, we don't have the full ingredient profile yet. However, it is sublingual which is a significant difference. BeBig has already started his run and they disolve under the tongue in 10-15 minutes.
I am headed to the gym right now. With work and family schedule I did not make it until Thursday so I have to go for the the rest of the week so I don't miss any days.

I am hoping with this run, especially if I add the MMV2 at the end, I will be much closer to my goals than I am now. I was really hoping to see abs by May, but I don't think that will happen. A big portion of that is diet control. Although I have cut out a lot of things I used to do on a regular basis, I am still not a chicken breast and brown rice 7 day a week kinda guy. I just try to remember where I came from and I keep telling myself this is a marathon.

I did end up taking the day off, but I was pretty active all day. Mowed the yard first thing this AM, helped my Dad install a sink in his outdoor kitchen, worked on other household chores etc. I also had some good mexican food and splurged with a big swirl margarita since I won't be drinking for a month or so.
I am so ready to put that little table under my tongue to let the run begin. Tomorrow will be chest/triceps. For the first week or so I will post my routine in case anyone has feedback. After that I will focus more on anything that inpressed me during the session.

bro MMv3 will be very good for cutting, honestly i have done 2 cycles of mmv2 and i didnt gain much weight just leaned up and amazing strength gains, try doing some light cardio 3-4 times a week to help with fat burning and metabolism,

I will be updating later today with my Day 1 full details. However I just wanted to post a couple quick tidbits.
1. Starting weight of the cycle is 199.
2. Belly measurement is 37" which is down 1.5" from 12/1/2008. :-)
3. Waiste measurement is 36" which is down 1" from 12/1/2008. :-)
Just finished my second dose of the day and headed to workout at lunch. The tablets disolve in around 10 min for me and I don't get a numb tongue. It is more like the tingling I get if I chew cinnamon gum.

Today was my typical chest/tricep workout routine. Since I worked out during lunch I did not get to finish with cardio so I might be going back to the gym after work to get a long cardio session in. Here is today's workout:
Flat Barbell Bench
135lbs x 10 (warmup)
225lbs x 10
245lbs x 5
225lbs x 5
185lbs x 10
Decline Barbell Bench
135lbs x 10
155lbs x 8
155lbs x 8
Skull Crusher/Close Grip Bench Superset
65lb EZ Curl x 10 for 2 supersets
Body Weight Dips
Set of 10 then a set of 8
70lbs x 10 (3 sets)
Tricep Rope Pressdowns
100lbs x 10
140lbs x 10
150lbs x 8 (That was the entire stack and I have never attempted that before.)
Cable Tricep Kickbacks
20lbs x 10 (each arm)
30lbs x 10 (each arm)
I had a good pump going, but nothing above normal at this time.
I felt pretty good during this workout session and was impressed that I was able to do 140lbs on tricep pushdowns. It was more impressive that it was my final exercise/set of the day. I don't think the compound has fully kicked in yet though so I am really looking forward to next week's chest workout.
Nothing new to report here. I was excited to hit the gym which has become normal. I haven't had something really piss me off today either which is a good thing.
No change as of yet. No immediate boner after the first or second tab.
Sides: May include acne, lethargy etc.
It is too early to report on sides at this time. Check back in a few days.
Overall Sense of Feeling:
Besides being stoked about the start of the log I have no change in attitude or focus yet.
Extra notes or commentary:
I am trying to really focus on my diet during this run to ensure I get the most out of it. So I will put some notes about my food intake so feel free to post comments. I am shooting for recomp so I am not trying to eat a tremendous amount of food.
Breakfast 1: 2 scrambled eggs w/ham and a protein shake
Breakfast 2: Instant oatmeal
Lunch Post Workout: Rotisseri chicken breast with sides of Veggies and creamed spinnach. I also drank a protein shake.
The rest of the meals TBD.
