I was recently selected by LG Sciences and CraigMatthew to run a log of their new Methyl Masterdrol V3. I am truly excited about the opportunity to run this log and I will be putting my all into this cycle. I received the shipment yesterday which included a 10 day supply of MMV3. I will then run my PCT of T911, very excited about this part as well, for the duration of the bottle.
Background info:
I have run some fairly harsh Pro Hormone cycles consisting on Epistane, Xtreme Tren/P-Plex and M-Drol. All of those have been serious Mass Gaining compounds with harsh sides. So running MMV3 which is low in sides and geared more towards cutting is the perfect match for where I need/want to accomplish over the next 6 months as I start working towards my goal of 10% body fat.
This will be a fairly short cycle for me with the others being 3.5, 5 and 6 weeks respectively. I am not sure what to expect from this, but based on LG's track record and user feedback I am excited about the opportunity.
Another quick tidbit...I have a bulging disk between the L4/L5 vertabrae. I met with a specialist and he said I won't do any damage by working out upper body and I can work lower body as long as I limit the strain on my lower lumbar. I also started taking MethlyPrednisolone to bring down the inflamation, but I will be finished with that prior to Monday's start of MMV3. Since my goal is getting lean, rather than adding huge strength, it will not hamper my goal on this cycle.

Goals:
1. Run a hell of a log that is honest about my experiences with the product and fair.
2. Being a pretty short cycle and a product made for recomp/lean gains I am primarily hoping for a great Recomp effect, but adding 4-5 lean pounds would make this PH a bonified winner.
3. My previous max on bench is 335lbs while on my my Xtreme Tren cycle (2-3 months ago and not attempted again). By day 10, I would like to hit that mark again if not 345.
4. Reduce my waiste and belly circumfrence by 1" by the end of the cycle/PCT. I will take measurements Monday before my first dose
5. Reduce my bodyfat by 1-2%. The more the merrier because my goal is 10% and I am a long way off.

The cycle will be 10 days @ 3 caps per day.
PCT will be T911 as directed until the bottle is empty.

Diet outline:
I am not the best at laying out my diet and following it to a T. However, I do watch my calories and typically keep them between 2500-3000 calories a day. I also add 2 - 40g+ protein shakes a day at minimum and will up that to 3 while on cycle. I aim for 200g of protein especially when on cycle.
Supplements:
I want to give MMV3 a fair shake so the only supplements I will be taking along with the cycle are:
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Vitamin C
All The Whey Protein
LG's BC+EAA
Training:
My workout consists of a 4 day split of the following:
Chest/Triceps
Shoulders/Biceps
Back/Abs (A little limited with my back situation)
Legs/Chest day focused on upper chest
I also try to get cardio at the end of 3 of the days and will typically find another day to go to the gym over the week.
