Current fitness goals: Ultimate recomp. Complete my cut, then bulk a bit, go to Ranger School, Bulk, PA School, Bulk. Etc..
Training Style: I am becoming a bigger fan of lifting, because I like these muscles. I also have to keep some cardiovascular up, so some cardio, crossfit type stuff, P90X, etc...
Nutrition Style: Intermittent Fasting- I do the best I can to eat whole foods, high protein, mod good carbs and healthy fats.

Will you be able to produce a detailed log (WITH a daily video or image) for each of the four (4) servings we will provide? Yes
Are you able to start ASAP? No, I am tied up for a bit.
Are you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube? All but Instagram. I can get on there though.
Are you on any prescription medications? No
Do you have any preexisting medical conditions? Kind of..... Just had my hips completely repaired, but I am recovering and like I said, Ranger School is coming this summer
I know that log start time might be a deal breaker, I could be ready in about 5-6 weeks. But I thought about it and maybe there is a flavor that is being perfected and it may work out. Who knows, I had to try.
