    How long have you been using protein supplements? Since I was a youngen. about 15 years
    Current fitness goals: Ultimate recomp. Complete my cut, then bulk a bit, go to Ranger School, Bulk, PA School, Bulk. Etc..
    Training Style: I am becoming a bigger fan of lifting, because I like these muscles. I also have to keep some cardiovascular endurance up, so some cardio, crossfit type stuff, P90X, etc...
    Nutrition Style: Intermittent Fasting- I do the best I can to eat whole foods, high protein, mod good carbs and healthy fats.
    Are you over 18 years of age as of 3-15-13? Yes
    Will you be able to produce a detailed log (WITH a daily video or image) for each of the four (4) servings we will provide? Yes
    Are you able to start ASAP? No, I am tied up for a bit.
    Are you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube? All but Instagram. I can get on there though.

    Do you have any preexisting medical conditions? Kind of..... Just had my hips completely repaired, but I am recovering and like I said, Ranger School is coming this summer


    I know that log start time might be a deal breaker, I could be ready in about 5-6 weeks. But I thought about it and maybe there is a flavor that is being perfected and it may work out. Who knows, I had to try.

    1/4-1/2 cup milk (just eyeball it and go with what ya feel)
    Sprinkle cinnamon over it
    Lil bit of brown sugar can be thrown on sometimes too
    Chop up a banana to throw in

    Consume your breakfast always was a quick cheap and easy good breakfast when visiting friends in college

    He's been lifting with me recently but he definitely knows what he's doing.

    He's new to the forums, but he's been coming around (lol I made him get the app for iPhone). He would definitely be a good logger though.

    I have been using protein supps for around 2 and a half years now training on and off



    • Current fitness goals:

    Completely transform my body to look like i was carved out by Michael Angelo ..been training on and off but finally getting back into it with tunnel vision on my goals.



    • Training Style:

    I alternate between high volume and HIIT to keep things going



    • Nutrition Style:

    I usually keep my diet clean, but doesn't always matter because of my high metabolism. Can pretty much eat what I want but usually keep it clean with around 300g carbs, 160g protein and 14g of fat usually.

    I am not a complete newbie as I have been in the gym for about 2 years on and off, but as stated you are looking for testers from newbie to pro, so I think i would be a great fit for this product as I have some experience but also just pretty much restarting.     Current fitness goals: Reach 190lbs lean within next two years
    Training Style: Heavy weight low reps(4-6) with cardio warm up while bulking, light weight high reps(15-20) with moderate cardio and dieting while cutting
    Nutrition Style: Depends heavily on what I'm focusing on, but I try to eat at least 200g of protein each day all the time. I try to keep carbs really high while bulking, and really low(<50g but usually around 20) while cutting. Currently doing IF/low carb diet trying to cut up a lot for the next month or so

    How long have you been using protein supplements? Since I was an incoming freshman in high school so about 5 years ago now

    Current fitness goals: preparing for college football, trying to gain ten pounds to get to 240 and increase speed and power before next season

    Training Style: power lifting currently and closer to the season lots of speed, agility and plyometrics

    Nutrition Style: bulking right now, trying to consume 4500-5000 on training days but trying to take in few carbs after lunch with the exception of pre and post workout

    Protein Yogurt with Walnuts

    3/4-1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
    1/2-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
    1 Oz of crushed walnuts
    1tbs of honey

    Nutrition facts:

    485 calories
    34g protein
    16g fat
    28g carbs

    Not taking credit for this recipe, I found it in M&F awhile back but it tastes great and is perfect for me to make in the morning and eat a few hours after breakfast when I'm in school and have to eat something quick and convenient

    Training Style: I train 6 days a week with a minimum of one day off, so i need a good protein source! Mostly Lifting weights. not a cardio guy
