It's untested but i really don't care if i'm bringing a really big knife to a gun fight....
Weight: 245 currently....shooting for 255 before i begin my contest diet...Hoping for 220-230 on stage

Upcoming contest and dates: NGA Nashville 2010, possibly more Ill have to look at the 2010 Schedule.I would like to do as many shows as I can while I am in shape. it just makes sense

I have trained for 21 years and have competed regioanally and nationally here in Canada for WNSO placing 1st and second. That was quite some time ago I am now making a comeback and will be bigger and better than ever, I will be doing he Fame Canadian Eastern here in Montreal May 22nd and possibly the Nationals when I find out more details.
