    Why Me?: I am more of an athlete than a bodybuilder but like to add muscle in the winter. I like products that increase strength but also that are beneficial to my endurance. Iím starting to spend more time on am again and I have time to keep a detailed log. I can give solid honest feedback and I have used many LG products in the past.

    Meal 1- 6 egg whites, 4 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbl spoons power pb, casein protein shake. 5 fish oils
    meal 2- Huge salad with grilled chicken breast, waximaize shake.
    meal 3- grilled chicken or salmon.
    meal 4- grilled chicken, a ton of bacon, and vegetables. 5 fish oils
    meal 6- fruit salad, and a syntha-6 protein shake. 2scoop=400 cals.

    Workout:
    lift on a m/w/f schedule. do 4 exercises per body part 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
    monday: chest,tri's,abs
    wednesdays: back,bi's,abs
    fridays: legs,shoulders, abs

    Ecdy experience: the 11-Alpha in mass fx, but that was over a year ago.

    Why me? My diet and nutrition are good. I work at the vitamin shoppe and have tried a majority of the products, so I have a really good scale to judge new products. I will give fair and honest feedback on the ecdy product. I practically live on this website, so keeping up with the log wouldn't be a problem. Lg thanks for the opportunity

    My main concern is to augment the mass I've gained with a larger increase in strength. I've gained ~15 pounds since the summer (dirty gains), but I have not had a linear increase in strength. My main lifts are: Front Squats, DL, SLDL, Incline BB Press, P-P, Flat DB Press, DB Rows, BB Rows, and Shrugs. I try to increase every lift by at least 5 lbs or 1 rep.

    I've run over 6 sponsored logs on AM and always include both a unique perspective on every product. As many know, I use athletic performance as my number 1 criteria to gauge the efficacy of the product. Honestly, aesthetics are maybe 4th on my list of priorities, but I am still vain enough to not let myself become a warthog.

    In addition to this, I have run ecdy over a dozen times in the past at varying doses, dosing schemes, and circumstances. The past 6-7 uses have been while I've been actively training MMA, so I will know how to gauge the efficacy of this particular product on my training.     I'm switching from a CKD to a more traditional and balanced lifter's diet very soon. I've been on CKD for a little over a month and took me back down from 200 lbs. (~8.5% bf) to 186 (4.5-5.5% bf), with a little bit of strength decrease. I'm an ecto, and now that the winter is approaching, I thought it'd be a good time to bulk up again and reintroduce my body to carbs only around my workouts.

    *Current Diet
    Meal 1- 4 whole eggs, 6-8 strips of bacon/4-6 sausage links
    Meal 2- 1 1/4 scoops WPI, 1 tbsp Naturally More Peanut Butter, splash of skim milk to mix. 6 Uni-Liver tabs, 4 scoops RecoverPRO, .25 tsp ALCAR, 2 tsp. AAKG
    Meal 3- 2 scoops WPI, 1 1/2 tbsp. Naturally More PB, splash of milk to mix. 4 scoops RecoverPRO, .25 tsp ALCAR

    Rodja, your paragraph looks pretty pro...hope you don't mind if I copy your style for a bit. I am mainly trying to increase power and strength. The lack of power mats at my college rec is troubling but I make sure to go heavy on cleans and power work in general when I get back home (for christ sake my High School has them and you're telling me a college campus can't afford one...?) Thinking about going to Wendler's 5/3/1 with my struggling bench strength, so it should be nice to have some glycogen back when I go heavier. I've been pretty lazy as far as cardio is concerned with the bad weather and lack of people to run with, but I intend to boost my sprint conditioning with late night sprinting. This will kill two birds with one stone too because I hate the idea of wasted carbs in my system. My back responds very well to HIT and is my favorite area to train; lots of wide grip pullups, low rep BB rows, face pulls, etc.

    As I understand it, Ecdy is supposed to be one of the best pound-for-pound strength and power boosting agents, if not the best. I think it will advance me to my goals much faster than I'd reach them normally, especially with this upcoming supersaturation of glycogen. I am very dedicated to what I do (in school for Exercise Science and Medical Dietetics degrees), and I love finding out what works for me and what doesn't. I hope one day to compete in MMA and I'd love to discover whether or not a supplement like LG's Sub-Ecdy can increase strength and power to greater levels.

    awesome opportunity here--I may throw my app in the mix in a day or so once I straighten out this little confusion I'm having with BCL about their new product that was supposed to be here a little while ago to log. Its looking like its not gonna be sent out to testers for a long time but I wanna verify that before putting my app in.

    Ive always wanted to give ecdy a try until the negative opinions on its bioavailabilty outweighed the positives. The cost of taking in the recommended dose of ecdy was also too high for my college budget.

    Training:

    Diet:sample (around 3000-3500cals)

    I've yet to see an Ecdy product that actually worked, but isn't Ecdy classified as a phytoestrogen?

    Diet "Detailed"-
    Breakfast- Oatmeal(microwaved cuz i'm in college lol), 2% milk with scoop and a half of whey and generally a banana or some sort of fruit

    Snack- Granola bar(sometimes something different like nutrigrain), scoop of whey(in water this time)

    Lunch- Eat in my university cafeteria... which sounds bad but is ridiculously good and has more options than you can imagine. I generally will eat some form of grilled chicken, tilapia, or salmon but at times will have brisket or something to that effect. This will be eaten most often with brown rice, a hard boiled egg or two, and a spinach salad.

    Snack- Handful or two of varying types of nuts i.e(almonds, walnuts, pecans) with another handful or two of raisins.

    Dinner- Lean meat, again chicken or some sort of fish, and an occasional steak. Try to keep the carbs low after six so if before i will have more brown rice or wheat pasta, but if not i'll keep to a spinach salad with walnuts and a side of cottage cheese.

    Pre bed- Either have a whey shake with cottage cheese or natural peanut butter.

    Experience with Ecdy products- None so far, really excited to try it though, especially if this is a product that will produce better results that past ecdy products and will truly do what people have expected from ecdy.

    Routine- Have been training seriously for the past 3 years and 5 altogether. Currently doing a d.c. style training.
    Monday- Chest, triceps, back, and shoulders
    Tuesday- Quads, Glutes, Hams, Calves, Biceps, and Forearm.
    Wednesday-Generally light cardio, or off altogether.
    Thursday-Same as monday but with varying lifts
    Friday-Repeat of tuesday but again with varying lifts.

    Contemplating switching to Optimized Volume Training but will not if i get the log and Lg wishes for me not to.

    Why should LG Sciences choose you?- As a college student I am constantly around my computer and will be able to make daily updates as well as post pictures, also the exercise facility at my university is very well equipped and fortunately for me is across the street from where i live which is quite convenient. I am a very meticulous person and find myself to do everything that I get involved with to the best of my abilities. I have always been dedicated to training but since coming to college it has become even more of a passion because I am so scared of becoming one of these people that four years later is 30 lbs heavier and half as strong lol.

    I made up 3 more tester bottles today, so we have 6 total.

    Dosing is this:

    roughly 4 sprays is 1 serving so, I would like to see this dosed at 4 sprays at least 6 times per day but optimally 8 times per day spread throughout the day.

    Shake well before spraying (some of the polyacetate doesn't stay put) and hold in the mouth for at least 60 seconds.
