Barbell and Dumbbell Bench Press are different exercises and, as a result of this, fiber recruitment is certainly different for each exercise; and so, to make my point in a roundabout fashion, people often have a divergence in their DB and BB bench status.
This being said, it is normally a higher DB value that is attained, with a lower BB value. Just playing Devil's Advocate, here.

I train roughly 30-35 hours a week, cardio and lifting, and cut from 200 to 170. That is the main reason I am interested in a tren product. Last time I took a tren cycle I was able to add alot of strength without tremendous size, and keep a significant amount of the strength. I usually bulk then cut, trying to come back more and more refined.

This might just end up being like that certain someone who told us he squatted almost 5 bills and upon requesting video it was him on a machine. If it doesn't, I will certainly eat my words.

You know it doesn't take much to be an elitist whom acts like a jerk to new guys on a forum. You guys can doubt me all you like. I lived it. I have proven myself to my training partners, as well as to myself. Doubt just adds fuel to my fire, and there is lots to go around. I came to this forum to learn, not to stroke my ego. I will earn respect with my sincerity and honesty over time. If you doubt me so much then let me then let me try the cycle and lets see if your intensity can achieve the same results.

Impressive win Tkomma, but I'm sorry, there is 100% zero chance you benched 405x2 anywhere near the BW and condition you are in in the vid. Even at your posted former weight of 200, no way. Dudes that can bench more than 2x BW look the part. I mean, you can take one look at their physique and you know they are seriously strong mofos. No offence, but you're not exactly built like a powerlifter.
No need for e-stats bro, you're a fighter, you don't have to prove anything to anyone.

Look familiar? Sounds pretty humble to me. I am not an elitist, you could probably kick my ass, but I call people out when I see bull****. If you can really bench 4+ good for you, but until I see it it's BS.KTFO. 9 years Muay Thai. Bjj Blue Belt. Good Luck.
