Well i just started working out again, i have been off for about a year. i am taking mass fx and hyperdrol x2. how long before my workout should i take them? also is steak good to eat before a workout or is it to slow to digest?
I would just stick with Whey, or sip some BCAA's preworkout into Intraworkout.
I cant be sure about the Mass FX or HyperX2. I thought you just took them with meals. You should PM a rep to find out the proper doing schedule
