So its about that time to start bulking. Ive been working out for about a year and ive grown and gained around 20 lbs of muscle since then. I feel that its time for a helping hand to gain as much mass as possible by the summer time.

Im 19 years old, and have a pretty good diet. My body fat % is fairly low. Ide guess around 8%. I weigh around 150lbs in the morning.

Anyways I have this lined up so far:

"Up your mass" by MHP or Cell tech hardcore by muscle tech
Whey Protein: 1 shake before workout/1 shake before bed
ZMA's: 3 pills before bedtime
Bcaa's: 5 grams before training
Omega-3 Fish oil: 2,000mg a day
Vitamin C/E: 1,000mg after training
Glutamine: 5 grams in morning/after training/before bed

If you guys can help me out with some advice of anything else to take, or if some of those that i named are not necessary that would be great. Also any advice as to if I should go with "Up your mass" or Cell tech?

p.s dont recommend any PH, im trying to stay away from those.

edit: I guess i can add in that I work out 5-6 days a week, and yes i realize that food food food is the number one mass gainer.
