  1. Took yesterday off to enjoy me some good ole que for this first time in about 2 years!! Now it's back to the grind, litterally, with a back and shoulder routine!

    Gotta Get Geeked!!

    Side note: Shout out to all the parents who train/compete/etc while raising a child. My wife and i have been baby sitting a 1yr all week. I now have a new respect for parenting!

    It gets rediculous sometimes bro but its the most rewarding time as well!

  11. Yesterday was chest and back. Always a good routine for overall thickness.

    Today, since a certain someone texted me their PR from today , i'll be going for a PR of 515 on deads. Not as much as i prolly should be doing for a guy my size but it's a step up for me.

  27. Yesterdays workout was one of my most personally impressive workouts ever! This is only because i haven't had carbs in a week and a half and i was able to train just as heavy as usual.

    Bench was 135 x 8, 225 x 8, 315 x 8, 405 x 7
    DB bench was 100 x 10, 110 x 10, 120 x 10, 130 x 12 (Had to make up for the missed rep on bench)
    Cable crossses i worked up to 120 on the cables

    The weight felt heavier than usual but i was still able to lift it. The only downfall is that i have been extremely tired but if i can maintain my strength for the remainer of the week i will be incorporating low carb weeks into my prep for Nationals.

  30. Yesterday was awesome!

    Incline bb up to 305
    Incline db up to 130s
    Flat db fly 2 sets
    Incline Fly 2 sets
    Bench pause at bottom x 3 x 10
    Vertical press 3 x failure
    Underhand cable crosses 7 x 12
    Superset with rear delt pulls 7 x 15
    Rear delt raises 4 x 15

    Bike: 30min
