  10. Im thinking of squating again soon. I tried about a month ago, and my knee said NO! But I feel my knee getting stronger especially on leg ext. I usually always have a small, I dont want to call it pain, But I know theres something there. But today I felt pretty solid.

  13. I want to invest in those heavy duty powerlifting knee braces. The ones that go from like mid thigh all the way down to mid calf. Ive tried a wrap but, it was too short. I need to invest in some good wrap too.

    My legs dwarf the rest of my body. Tcups are Front raises and side raises run together. so yo do a front then a side which makes one rep.

    I have been doing them for awhile and never knew what they where called and a guy on here told me that they where t-cups. So what ever I like them and don't care what they are called.
