    Yah heavy compound lifting takes a toll, I will go to isolated stuff with more volume like drop sets, super sets, giant sets. Just a different kind of intensity. HST is a nice break at first as you don't get heavy till the end of the six weeks.

    I do want to start swinging a sledge hammer into a tire. Let some aggression out, and Ive read that its an amazing workout too!!!

  25. Im thinking of squating again soon. I tried about a month ago, and my knee said NO! But I feel my knee getting stronger especially on leg ext. I usually always have a small, I dont want to call it pain, But I know theres something there. But today I felt pretty solid.
