Today is day four. I have tons of energy especially in the afternoons which has been a problem for me lately.
Stupid me though, with a ridiculous schedule yesterday it looks like I missed the afternoon dose of 4-ad. Do I just skip it or double up at some point today, before bed, maybe?
Just skip it and resume as normal.

Hey guys. I've heard about "drying out" on this product. Does that refer to water weight or is it this intense dry sinus feeling I have. I swear there's a fire in my nose!

You may need to increase your fluid intake if you feel your sinuses are too dry. It may also be just the weather and dry air in your area. Hard to gauge.

Blood work obviously is the only way to truly tell if you have fully recovered and are ready for another cycle, but otherwise the general rule of thumb is usually time on+pct=time off. The idea is to let your body hit a good level of homeostasis and give it some recovery time.
