  4. I'm gonna start pro anabolic kit. Should I start it pre workout Monday morning or off day Sunday to assess tolerance?

    It's up to you whether or not you want to run creatine on cycle or just pct. either way is fine.

    And no it's not too much test boosting. You'll be good.

    Space them out. About an hour will be fine.

    Okay,sorry, which one first? I train at 6:00 AM ( get up at 5:30 for meal and supps)

    Either one. I always took the deca first. In fact the over all order I always took 1 andro first, then deca and then the 4ad. So that's the preference of order for me. The hierarchy if you will.

  15. Today is day four. I have tons of energy especially in the afternoons which has been a problem for me lately.

    Stupid me though, with a ridiculous schedule yesterday it looks like I missed the afternoon dose of 4-ad. Do I just skip it or double up at some point today, before bed, maybe?

  19. Hey guys. I've heard about "drying out" on this product. Does that refer to water weight or is it this intense dry sinus feeling I have. I swear there's a fire in my nose!

    Usually when people in here say drying out or the sorts they usually mean water weight.

    You may need to increase your fluid intake if you feel your sinuses are too dry. It may also be just the weather and dry air in your area. Hard to gauge.

  22. So, I'm three days into the PCT. I gained a solid 6lbs. I don't think I got any leaner, but I definitely did not add any fat. I am quite happy with the results.

    I am thinking I would like to do it again, but with something much stronger.

    What would you recommend, and how long should I wait?

    Well, the natural progression would be to add in 1ad (anabolic growth kit). The addition of 1ad will definitely add mass and strength. You could also consider adding in Augmentor as well.

    Blood work obviously is the only way to truly tell if you have fully recovered and are ready for another cycle, but otherwise the general rule of thumb is usually time on+pct=time off. The idea is to let your body hit a good level of homeostasis and give it some recovery time.
