Wow you guys look awesome for your age!

Ageless, don't worry about the legs, your upper body is great, your legs are perfectly fine, IMO they should be small. Big legs will make you look too bulky, especially if you're 5'7. Keep up the hard work.

no special diet.i eat what the family eats. we do eat clean though, no junk.

usually in am I have a protein shake (myoplex) then later a bowl of oatmeal, lunch i have meat and carbs, another shake at gym in afternoon, then dinner at night.
and of course HRT which consists of testosterone only. i started back on propecia (due to hair loss) - it does not seem to effect my libido. of course having a young wife helps.

and motive..i dont know if this is the longest one...but it does seem to be ..."AGELESS"
