i know in a bodybuilding site thats probably looked at kinda like ehh for some of you bigger guys but you know its true! haha

Ok this isnt that famous (i dont think) but this is my favorite quote i have ever read and it is somewhere here on the forums (i hope i get it right and dont demolish it too badly).
