I do too! So it's pissing me off that I can't find it
My car is a 7 passenger but there is only room for one. lol

I pretty much live out of my car these days so organization is key.

Me and you both! My gf yells at me all the time on how messy my car is, clothes and supplements everywhere

My girlfriend won't get in my car. I keep my hockey equipment in there and she thinks it smells. Women.

My gear got so bad last year that even the guys in the changeroom were complaining. I finally broke down and washed it after they were going to make me change in the gender neutral room. lol

Alright had a light weight high rep pull day, lowered the weight and focused on full range of motion and squeezing the back muscles , didn't record my weights today, went off how I felt and still pushed it! all in all great workout...still missing the amentomax;( will be cracking my second bottle open Thursday

Alright guys hit some cheats and tris tonight ...felt great! Scales not moving a ton but I'm getting a few comments here and there that I'm looking skinny, sitting at 250 right now ....good new I found my lost amentomax bottle:) and I will be adding new shift here in the next week. Overall great workout tonight!

Alright hit some high rep back and bis today, felt ****ing great! I mixed a full scoop of gameday with a full scoop of e9....might have been a little too much as I felt like it was gonna come up the first 30 minutes of my lift but damn when I got to biceps! I felt unstoppable... Overall great workout and I tried something new, I did DB Dow on a slight decline, saw a video on another site and wanted to give it a try, I like it! Really felt the squeeze in the lat. but here's my workout, also sitting at 249.8 after I finished my workout with a kettle bell complex

Ok max out day today, hit squat deadlift and bench , was planning on doing deadlift and squats on different days but I said screw it
Bench 320, failed 325
Squat 405, didn't attempt any higher
Deadlift 425, failed at 455

Will be moving into a more 5/3/1 program , wanna put some more strength on this summer! Would like to move all lifts up 50-60 pounds

315 after three shoulder surgery and 405 no belt or wraps with a torn PCL! I'm a mess but I wanna hit 405 bench and 500 squat sometime in the near future!!! While sitting at the 240-250 body weight range

Well started my new strength based program, holy hell my body is sore from the hang cleans! Overall great workout and am looking forward to running it all summer.

Power clean 5x3 @ 195lbs
Front squat 5x5 two working sets @ 245
Dead lift 5x5 two working sets @ 315
BB Row 135x5x3
Decline DB Row 3x10: 50, 60, 60
Lat Pulldown 5x10: 105, 120, 135, 135, 135
Straight Arm Pull Down 3x10: 40, 47.5, 55
RDL 5x6 three working sets:135, 185, 215, 225, 225

Great monday workout! Today me and my girl crushed some kettle bell work, ropes, and sleds.
5x10 Kettle bell swings 30 seconds rest
5x5 about the head swings 30 seconds rest
15 seconds on/15 seconds off battle ropes
10 sled pushes with 50lbs

was feeling out of shape after the sled pushes! Looking forward to improving in speed and strength on the sled in the next couple weeks!

Has anyone ever used the slingshot by mark bell? Did it today with my heavy bench! I did 305 raw, dropped down to 265x3 for 4 sets, was feeling really good so I bumped up to 275x3, tried out my new slingshot at 295x5 felt really good. Decided to go up to 315 with it and pumped out another easy 5, kinda excited to see how heavy I can really go and how much it can help me out with achieving my 400lb goal on bench
