All right guys my log will start sometime during the first week of the new year. Here's my layout
Dmz 40/40/40/60/60
Diabolix 45/45/60/60/60/60
Dermacrine 4-5 pumps daily
Formabolic (2 pumps daily, not sure if even needed, might save for pct)

On cycle
Cycle defense iron flex
Tudca
Need to pick up some fish oil

Pct
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Bps elimistane
Daa
Formabolic if needed

Current stats
Height: 6ft
Weight: 250lbs

Bench: 330
Deadlift: 435 range
Squat: not sure, last time I maxed it projected to 475, switched to more of leg press lately

Will be doing a higher rep workout for the next couple months, plus two cardio days, looking for a recomp, excited to get this going in the next week or two, if anyone has any final tips, I am more than open to any ideas

Ready to get this cycle , ordered the rest of my support supps on Friday, hopefully they get here asap, will take my first hit of diabolix/Dmz this Saturday or Sunday

Took my first dose of DMZ 20 mg and 30 mg diabolix this morning, second dose of 20 mg and 15 mg of diabolix will be around 5-7 this after noon , log will officially start Sunday with chest day :) it's go time !!!! So pumped

Today was chest day, great workout! I think the Dmz/diabolix was already kicking in cuz I was feeling more pumped than usual

Loved my workout today, even no I have a slight pump and it's only my third day of taking Olympus labs Dmz and iron flex Diabolix. Hoping to put on some good size with a slight recomp during the next 6 weeks.

Alright guys, got the gym a day early due to some heavy snow, caused schools/work to be shut down early. Hit some Back/Bi's today, overall great workout, didn't have the insane pump that I had with my chest and tri workout the day before but still a great workout.

1 Arm DB Row
50x15, 65x15, 75x12,85x12, 90x9, 100x7, 110x5 Wasnt the greatest of form but was really feeling it.
Wide Grip Pulldown

Standing Pulldown

Straight Arm Pushdown

BB Curl (counting only weight on bar)

Hit some abs and called it a night, Overall this is probably my weakest day all around. My back is one of the areas I want to see the biggest improvement. Arms wouldn't be too bad either :)

Apologize for the lack of updates been a crazy week started a second job, working 14 hour days 2-3 times a week. Anyways hit back today, shoulders tomorrow, will give a update of my shoulder workout after. So far just extreme hungry with the DMZ/Diabolix Combo, also noticing less soreness the days after, feel like I can train more often. Hoping to be feeling alpha by the end of this week. Thanks for following along!

This cycle is over a year old, I went very well. But I didn't get what I expected from the DMZ. I have ran Msten since and I am started a LGD cycle now
