im on day 9 and i can feel decent DOMS...increased sweating, some headaches..but nothin to bad. im lookin fuller and i have put on about .5 pound on my body weight. it seems like im loosin fat but gaining muscle. i increased my protein intake and upped my calories, drinkin about a gallon of water a day. i havent seen my strength go up much but i did start with benching 185 x 5 and now i can do it 8 times. i think im responding pretty well.
