175g proteinJust because you're eating some vegetables doesn't mean your body can't hit ketosis. Every time I've done a keto diet I've done pretty much what you're doing now, no starchy carbs and vegetables only, and I got into ketosis. So that may be what is causing you to feel so awful. Is there a reason you are keeping your carbs so low? What are your daily macros and daily calorie intake?
