the only things i have to get on a monthly basis are my whey and fish oil. probably about $60 a month. then i drop some extra on products like CEE, ephedrine, caffiene. Those last me a while and don't add up to much anyways so I don't really count those. I will be doing a cycle starting in July and I'm getting sick adding everything up.

I'm considering adding Beverly's dessicated liver tabs (Ultra 40s) to my monthly supplement regimine but those are quite a bit pricey. Has anyone had great results with them? I used to take them and remember them helping but can't recall if they are worth the extra money or not.

50$ max including protein. Thats probably average for this year. Formerly 100+ each month, but cut that out real quick.

Do you get your supplements cheap or what? I mean i don't use alot but it adds up. I know i could save money if i used a different vitamin and used a whey blend instead of whey isolate, but i'm picky that way, i want quality.

For vits and herbal ancillaries ... I usually just buy when the generic grocery store brand is on sale. I can get a month or two of flax gels for around 10 bucks this way.

I usually buy a bunch of stuff when deals are going on. Like i recently bought a few bottles of cissus/powerfull so this month my bill was higher than usual. Normally I only spend like $30/month, but my food bill is INSANE though.

I spend $75-$100 a month on protien powders and creatine. I invest the rest of my funds in real food.

I still live with my parents so i can spend the money on supplements and live the supplement good life.My parents do buy me some supplements but id say 100-150 a month. They buy me saw palmetto(actually i use my dads) and vit c, they also buy fish oil, flax oil, and natty pb (if thats is considered a supplement- actually thats food huh)and they bbuy oilive oil for me. Man i just relized AGAIN how good ive got it living at home.

Muscletech;s meso-tech bars(12 grams fat, 4 grams sat-25 carbs, 25 protein, the apple kind have 40 grams carbs- sure not the greatest source of stuff, but the teaste is amazing compared to most otheres- yes ive tryed them all, and when your on the run you either have to eat a quickie or risk losing the hard earned muscle)
Saw palmetto
Alcar(3 grams daily)
Creatine
A good whey protein supplement(usually wpi but i just am trying cytosports complete whey protein- Damn Good tasting)
Glucosamine
Ginko bilboba
Vit C
Alapha Lipoc Acid
Shaklee multi vitaman
Tarine powder (i use it pretty much every day- esp postraining)
Fish oil( 5-20 caps daily) hint dont use fish oil before training use flax or another good source of healthy fats
Flax oil
Bertoli's Light tasting Olive Oil(boost testostrone)
Dextose-postraining
Melatonin sometimes for sleep or if i want to get on another sleep schedule-weird hours sometimes with work and school or whatever
Thats about all i can think of i use right now that i take every day(with the exception of melatonin, i just started trying it again but im taking it------

some supplements i have on hands and use for time to time but not exculsively(sp..lol)

Phenibut
I used to use gaba for two years and still have it but i havnt used any in a while.

Also i ompleted a few ph/ps cycles-mohn, superdrol, and i spent ALOT of protection. hell with my last superdrol cycle i did coq12(which is a pretty high supplement) hawthorn berry, milk thistle, red rice yeast
also i just got done koreon ginging(i try supplements for a month or so to see what the effects are, while i live at my parents house, hey why not take advatge of the benefits, while im at it)
also i have Cee(havnt tryed it yet) and yes i guess you can say i like supplements.

ive tryed some offhand i can remember- the myosttin blockers9 didnt work) Nac-worked well actually, r-ala- work well,No2, No2 boosters- not worth it, Sesamin-which i think worked well for me, i also have some Libido supplements if libido become a challange,(all herbbal not viagra, but if it ever gets too out of hand ill do what it takes to be a rock hard man)and ive done many supplements over the years and spent alot of money(which i wish what i knew now what i knew then). But I just do these because i like em and i can live at home and nogioate living with my parnets. If money is ever tight i'll just go with the basics- A good protein supplement(preferaly wpi) creatine and a multi- and of course food. Cheers Fellas
