I am about 3 weeks into 8 weeks Versa1
I am 1 week into 8 week ABE
I am also thinking of adding EPro weeks 4-8
And of course Alphamine as well.
Saw some people updating, so I figured I would.
Just finished my 8th week of Versa-1
Did 5 weeks ABE, now on 2nd week of OG Anabeta along with 7Keto and Forskolin 95
In my 3rd week of Erase Pro
Alphamine/ New AT2 being ran as well
Volatile for a Pre
Diet has not been where I wanted, curse you Anabeta lol. All I want to do is eat
Weight has stayed the same 298lbs
Lost 2 inches of stomach fat
Chest/Face is leaner
Alternating Curls went from 60lb max, to my new PR 90lb <-- I needed no bump, could have probably hit 100lb. I got 75lbs in 06 on Halodrol
I was able to get 5 reps on BW Dips. 8 weeks ago, there was no way I could do BW, only assisted!
I could have gone for more PR's on some compound lifts, but I have been following more of a 10x10 High volume low rest program for weight loss. The reason I tried alternate curling anything over 60lbs, was because I could tell all weights I picked up were lighter than usual.
