Supplements that you take indefinitely,or at least most of the time.
Mine are cissus, fish oil, a mineral supplement, vitamin D, citrulline and ginkgo biloba.
Everything else, including creatine, I stop taking for a bit.
The stuff I take I consider essential. Vitamin D especially as I always have low levels if I do not supplement. Cissus and fish oil because I feel they help my aches and pains, ginkgo for cognitive function and citrulline for pumps and overall better health.
I also take a mineral supplement with zinc, magnesium and calcium as sometimes I do not get enough of these things through my diet. Magnesium especially.
