How did everyone do with your 2015 training goals? Mine were powerlifting related: bench 275lbs, squat 300lbs, deadlift 400lbs. I benched 275 (before shoulder surgery 18 weeks ago), I got 275 x2 on squat last week and I went for a 400lb deadlift today and only pulled it about 8 inches off the floor. I checked what my last 1 rep max was and it was 375lbs on December 4. I dropped down and did 3 sets of 350x2. I'm ending 2015 stronger and a few pounds heavier (179lbs and 43 years old). I'm happy with this considering I had bicep surgery and then shoulder surgery this year.
