Conditioning: 10min sled pushes.
Notes: Spend some quality time on my squat form. Got my grip close and got super tight and banged out 5 on 380. It is a big pr and it felt easy. The goodmornings were hard and sucked balls. Stim tolerance seems to be going back down bc 1 scoop had me flying haha.

Congrats on the squat PR! That's pretty heavy weight right thurr. I can't even think about GM's without slipping a disc lol wish my body agreed with them cause they seem pretty official.

I like goodmornings usually but my partner had us using the green band from efts and put under our feet and around our necks. It was rough, not hard on the back tho. Btw monster i saw you started 5/3/1, that is what ive been doing this whole log, incase you need some ideas.

I'm using the Dave Tate's Periodization Bible layout for my 5/3/1 routine so I have 4 week plan but I'm definitely gonna have questions for you after week 4. So far I definitely like the 5/3/1 approach.

One thing you may want to do is chins inbetween each pushing rep, its the only thing that i saw was not in the old book or online but is in the new book. Other then that maybe some extra upperback work like face pulls and pullaparts with your tricep work should cover your bases.

Final Review
White flood treated me very well, the energy was great. I never had a bad lift. I would recommend it to anyone. The stims arnt to much, no jitters, and its clean. The pump aspect is much better then the previous version. The watermelon taste was amazing and one of the best. Overall amazing product, one of the best ive ever had. Id rate this on a scale of 1 to 10. as a 9. If it was a never ending tube it would be a 10 lol!, seriously its a 10

I'm with you, WF was surprisingly clean and really gives some good pump enhancement.
