Hey everyone. I want to max out on my lifts next week.
And I wanted to know what the proper way to warm up is.
In the past I've noticed that if I just do two light warm up sets then jump into my max...I'm not very strong.
It seems if I work my way up a little towards my max I can get it better.
But I don't want to over do it. I want to make sure I don't burn myself out warming up and lower my max.
Any ideas ?
