Yeah... no worries, I'm off soon.. (Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue) and I only had 1 really grueling workout which was today.. since then I've had like 2 smaller workouts .I'm tellin yah get your rest or your gonna crash man!!
I've read a lot about the possible CNS burnout effect, I will not let that happen, and honestly I think it will take a lot to burn me out, I am on a lot of support supplements, that said.. I will gauge myself, thanks for the feedback!
