if you train later in the evening this would be the product to go with. stim-free means you can get back from the gym and go straight to bed without laying awake for hours.
i have found this to be very helpful since i get home late from work most of the time and need an extra boost from a pre-w.o. this gives you energy without the stims and allows you to push for extra reps. only 4 stars due to taste but effectiveness is top notch for being stim-free.
