Thx for doing this log. I'm on my second bottle and love this stuff. I've lost about 10lbs in a short period of time (3 weeks?) using Ur spray and a slight diet. Not sure what is Ur vs. external factors....but gonna keep rolling with it and see what happens. Ive used the other sprays by PA, the only complaint with this is the somewhat greasy smelly residue it leaves.

i gotta push this stuff more cuz i think its really doing what i expected ursolic acid to do. i personally feel its really doing something. i wanna see more feedback. if enough people get great results from it then it may take off

No, in fact today on pull-ups was able to do 23 in a set which is close to an old PR for me. Being 10lbs lighter certainly factored into it. Hard to say of it was loss of weight or Ur, probably both.

well of course that is true. however the product is too expensive to make to sell on epharm cuz epharm has to go through distributors and all that. and also too expensive for us because the raws are not cheap and we can only afford to buy small amounts of raws at a time

The other one doesn't suck either, you just have to take a lot of it. Truth likes the original also.
True that, the spray just works faster and better. I still buy Ursobolic, yes buy it, Won't use it until after this log is over then I intend to run both.

I think the love handle reduction is nothing short of amazing in a weeks time, those are compression shorts and emphasize the lovies they have shrunk considerably

I was 215 the day I started, see log , on 5/28 I was 212, and yesterday still 212, so a net loss of 3 lbs which ceased on 5/28 and now just leaner weight is the same

Thanks, I am 47 yrs old and have noticed its harder to get rid of the fat after a bulk, I must say I am surprised myself at the progress made after only seven days, as the actuall weight lost is minimal, this is a hell of a recomp

No Workout due to back injury:

Observations: Back injuries suck! It is feeling a lot better been Jointforcing it, that stuff is a miracle for those of you that have not tried it. Regarding the UR spray. Still leaning out and eating a crap load of food. Even though I don't want to, except for the steak. I grilled to a nice rare then cut the fat off and grilled it while I ate the rest until it was nice and crispy The $hit was damn delicious, the steak was fork cut tender and the fat was my crispy desert lol. I feel even leaner today, the mirror says likewise but my scale says, the first three pound is the only three pounds I have lost, still 212. Perfectly fine with me, I'd rather cut by re comp than weight loss any day. It means I am not losing muscle...just fat. Like with ursocolic I've noticed that my body and face hair are growing at an accelerated rate. Shaving a lot. The hair on my head, I am applying the spray there since I am bald and it is a capillary rich area. If it grows hair ... well then that's another story altogether. The varicose vein reduction seems to have been a fluke as my ankle is back to being the same. Oh well. Hopefully my back will be good enough for me to at least get a machine workout in.

I could be like Pat and tell you to search the log its in there, but you'll see in the open entry I started keto about a week prior. Previously when I attempted a keto diet I did indeed lose fat but I lost muscle as well, I just kind of shrunk unilaterally. As you can see from the pics I'm gettin noticable leaner but the weight loss has stymied, not a problem for me weight loss is not what I am after. I want to hold onto as much bulk as possible. I've only run a strict keto diet twice, I usually just cut carbs and calories as you can see here my calories are not in anyway restricted the first time I ran a Keto diet I looked like this ...well actually I gain about another 30 pounds but I dont have a shirt off picture of it ...thank God

I lost 100lbs in 2 months and dropped all the way to 185 before I could turn the weightloss around. That's right I kept throwing in carbs but kept losing. I was working out but still lost a lot of muscle, I was a skinny 185. The difference here is my weight loss has stopped. I have weighed 212 since Wed I think yet my love handles are much reduced and I am generally leaner all way around. When I have keto'ed the other two times the weight loss was constant. It was as if I was melting. So as far as recomp goes, I cannot say the keto isn't helping. But its not behaving like it did before the Ur- Spray. That and my muscles are very full, stretching my shirt sleeves people at my gym have been asking me if I was bigger. Usually when low carbing at all my muscle bellies are deflated and I long for cheat days so I can fill them back up for vanity's sake. With the Ur Spray No cheat required every thing is full and tight like my GF's butt. So does keto help me lose weight yes, is there something different and better going on with the Ur-Spray yes. Oh and besides that Strength continues to climb, set pr's this week and have never done that on any diet ....EVER! weight loss has always equated to strength loss. Not so here. Oh and again, I don't do cardio, not a minute not a second, ever!

Observations: Even with a slight twinge in my back, that was a hellacious smoking workout. Killed it all attacked it smashed it smacked its ass and burned it down. Was pumped and blown up beyond belief and with not a gram of carbs in site. I am down another pond to 210 but even leaner than yesterday. I am going to eat more meat, I think I am not eating enough calories to support the level of ketosis it takes to run me, upping my protein intake. I am looking forward to this weekends progress pics if I can just stay on my diet. Appetite is still pretty much nil, but am thinking about all the carby things I cannot have non stop. Again I will point out setting pr's while losing weight. That is a good thing, oh and I am 47, PR'S amaze me anyway :)

I think you're getting around 180g protien (+20g bcaa) and 250g fat. So around 3k cals. For all those interested. Lol

Good for keto and you sure are getting loads of volume in there.
Hopefully I can afford two bottles when I get back home it'll be a great pct product I feel.

Thanks. How long do you plan on running it for? I have 2 bottles right now and I am wondering if I should get another 2 pack...
Right now 4 weeks, it depends on my finanaces. There is really no reason other than $$ to ever come off. If it continues to perform as it has I will push out my other standards to make room for it dollar wise
