Tr3n dosing

Does Tr3n have to be taken with food? I am doing IF 16/8 and find it hard to take 3/4 caps day with food unless i do more then 1 at a time

Doesn't have to be but fats help absorption. A little coconut oil works just fine.

You can take more than 1 at a time...
