Hi, I recently purchased 2 bottle of STR3NGTH and will be using it as part of my pct.
If I were to dose it at 100mg a day which is 4 caps, how should I dose it for best results? Am I doing it right if I dose it as below?
9am - Morning with meal X 1
4pm - Pre workout with meal X 2
8pm - Dinner with meal x 1
