My father got offered a position to be defensive coordinator for our HS football team. He use to coach back in tha day, after being released as a free agent from tha Philadelphia Eagles, and was great at it from what I've been told. In fact, our high school's new head coach was at one time coached by my dad. Unfortunately he turned down tha offer but suggested he may volunteer. I'm suppose to work on him to solidify this. ;)

In other news, work has been turning around slightly since I'm no longer center of attention. It would appear that tha 'powers that be' have found a new target ...and I can honestly say, in this case, I don't sympathize one bit.

Interesting about your dad. Very cool too.

Good to hear about the work situation.

BTW, you think we are going to be able to get together at the "O" this year? I don't have a 'sponsor' or a 'sponsor' to support as I know of...or yet ( ;) ) in both cases. You still have your rep function/role and are you guys going?

I wouldn't totally count me out, but it appears to be an almost impossible task. For starters, I'm pretty sure I'd have to travel alone... That's IF I could acually get off from work for it. Money will be an issue. I'm soon to be engaged and I've been worked on to start looking to buy a house. Some say it's an excellent time to buy, others say it's not. I HAVE NO IDEA what to think and currently just flying by tha seat of my pants.

I'm sure if Customizer has an opportunity, he'll be there incognito. Nutraplanet had talks of a booth at one time I believe, ya never know... what about Jacob?

At this point I don't even know if I'll make it to next years Arnold. My vacation requests may have to be 'saved up' (as well as money) for a Sept '09 wedding.

If NP goes I will commit to go. I represent here and at M&M but assume no obligation at all from Sam because I would go strictly to meet up with a friend and the rest of the team. Plus I am 4-5 hours driving distance.

You advertise quite a bit for Jacob (obligated or not) and I'm not sure what type of relationship you have, but I see nothing but a great opportunity for both of you.

He should be thinking about having a booth at one of these shows.

My signature simply represents what I use. I am of course not obligated to advertise for anyone, but as a consequence of the effectiveness of the products I use I place them in my signature as a demonstration of my appreciation. I know you have done so with your signatures at various times for various reasons on various levels.

At a time I used to have AvantLabs Lipo-Ultra and Avant Research Napalm in my signature. As well I have no obligation other than as stated above.

It is common knowledge that Jacob is very generous and he has not excluded me from his generosity. But I do purchase my USPLabs products just like everyone else. As well I also purchase my AL/AR products.

I have about 1-2 more applications of RPN Thermoglide and then it's done. It kinda snuck up on me tonight as I'm just now seeing tha plastic base. Fwiw, I've only been applying once daily after my showers usually as a daily departure from stims.

T-bol's effects in tha vascularity department are quite nice. I thinking this is in part due to it's Rez, which got me pondering how long I'm going to continue to cut. Probably for another month yet into my next week On-Call. Then I started considering a final 'show stopper' stack and throwing in some 6-OXO Extreme I have stashed since tha Arnold. This would not only boost up tha Rez content, but then you'd also have one hell of a natural T-booster plus an AI. Being that I don't ever remember being this lean as is, this next month may prove to be my most challenging mentally and physically. No nuts, no glory... you know Toad, he's a true story. :)

Updated pics as soon as I can sweet talk my camera woman to take.

So it was either this: "Hey Babe! Not sure if I will be home tonight. Are you sure that you won't consider coming down here? We could drive around tomorrow and look at houses. I love you! TTYL " ... or become a Champion. I chose... Jordan, Frantz, Dedicated, Champion ;) Seriously though, I burnt through so much substrate today I can only imagine what life must be like leading up to tha final few weeks prior to competition. I'm so glucose deprived right now it's difficult to even think straight. It was a good thing I had some odds and ends to do around tha apt and kept task oriented, otherwise I may have lost a day out in space. Tomorrow quite literally will be an all day carb coma. After my morning shake + fat, it'll be smooth sailing...

I continue to gain strength much to my surprise considering how crappy I felt toward tha end of last week resulting from a lack of both carbs & calories. Not too shabby considering my former Personal Record pre-surgery had been 345 lbs weighing in around 175. I'm currently almost 25 lbs lighter than I was during that time.

Tomorrow is another carb-up, thus I aimed for higher rep work today to maximize glycogen depletion. Tha good news is that I don't feel like death. Those two-a-days make for some serious mental toughness. I'll probably try again in a couple weeks. Ironically, my strength has gone in tha crapper... and I was just talking about riding on a power curve too. Honestly in this stage of tha game I can't expect much supplements or not. Those pics don't do a lot of justice IMO due to looking flat. With carbs I'm looking leaner yet, weighing lighter than I ever have in tha past. This is the point of no return.

Here's one for ya'll... I've been tanning 2-3 times a week for the last several weeks as I get it for free. It becoming more and more obvious that I'm quite dark in comparison to my natural pastey white skin tone. Well for some reason I just so happened to check out my own backside in tha mirror this evening, and I'm glad I did! Under each cheek is a completely white strip, I'd say about as wide as a dollar bill which was covered as my ass has been pressed flat up against tha glass.

Tha good news is, I must have one hell of a muscle ass... just remind me to flip next time.

I tested out tonight, here are my results:

Also, I ran out of Glucosamine on Friday and added 6-OXO Extreme on Sunday for a final 4-6 week blitz with T-Bol as previously mentioned.

It's now been verified I'm just as lean if not slightly leaner than I've ever been (including pics on page 1). Time to finish one of my goals I set out to accomplish a long time ago... learn what it takes to become stage ready.

Damn impressive BF levels.

Thanks :)

My tester shared that he was rather impressed with my Sub numbers and told me that's tha one that usually gets people in trouble. Now my gym is privately owned and rather small (so take it for what it's worth), but a 20 had been his smallest measurement he's ever seen until my lucky 7's tonight.

It's nice to see that sweet Christmas tree...

There was no doubt in my mind tonight I could reach my personal best of 345 pounds if only weighing a little more (i.e. bodyfat). I started back March 10th after a ~12 week layoff. It has taken me ~16 weeks to regain 95-100% strength, with probably 80% coming by week 12. Muscle memory has provided gains while keeping caloric deficit 6 days a week... All in all, I'm a little surprised at my overall progress and very pleased at my hard work / fruits of labor.

I'll try but it's rough buddy. I'm actually at work today and plan on working out later tonight. All I've been thinking about is my next meal. It'll probably be meal to meal here on out. At this point I'm not sure if I want to combine a some chest and back tonight as originally planned to change things up a bit or do an additional workout tomorrow AM prior to refeed. I'll be looking at houses again in York with Kim on Saturday (what happened to my July 4th plans?!?) which will mean I'll have to really get my a$$ in gear early tomorrow morning if I go that route.

On another note, I'm starting to become more self-conscience of my pre-existing gyno (I know, I know everyone thinks they have gyno these days). I've always have had puffy nips since puberty and now being as lean as I am it's really apparent. I'm not sure if adding in 6-OXO Extreme was a wise choice in this regard in addition to T-Bol especially when considering possible rebound but I will tell you one thing, my muscles have been looking a lot more full and dense despite additional carbs.

Thank you Jordan.

Did Dustin have an injury/accident or was it a fetus/birth trauma?

A blood disease which claimed his limbs. Kyle's was a congenital defect. It's amazing how it this big world, both chose wrestling. I believe Dustin only became aware of Kyle much later.

I have a funny feeling if both willing, there'll be a match. If I had tha time, I'd interview both. I thought perhaps it would be fun with other disabled althletes as well... and not just a typical interview either. One which would show a different side and not be so PC. After all we are all human, and far from perfect role models. I bet Kyle gets tired quick of all tha more traditional interviews. People get bored hearing tha same story over and over again...

So yeah Piracetam... I'm going to give a quick run down. There was an interesting thread started at another very popular board. Read carefully:

Piracetam seems to have little overall effect with me... I think I might try some other nootropics. What's the difference between Cognitive Support, Mental Clarity, and Mental Focus? What am I looking for with each?
Same here I much prefer Aniracetam or Oxiracetam.
Cognitive support is more an overall enhancement effect with a focus on speech.
Mental clarity if you have brain fog.
Focus is exactly that. You just feel great and focused like a laser beam without any distracting thoughts.
I started using Piracetam due to tha studies on Cerebral Palsy. There appears to be a slight gap in me recalling particular words and speaking them as well as small syntax errors... but it hasn't quite helped in this area all that much.
For speech and syntax I would HIGHLY recommend about 300mg sulbutiamine with some caffeine, combined with the Piracetam.
Dsade you always have all the fun combo ideas.

So I think that's what I'm going to try next when/if money allows. It's hard to describe but kind of like a right church, wrong pew thing. Most common everyday words and language that doesn't involve additional abstract thinking I'm ok with. Anything that is task oriented which requires some organization or recalling and verbalizing steps, take time. My brain drops me off in the right area, but then I have to manually recall it. It's not fluid and there is a miss-step that happens. Sometimes I get frustrated and try and speed things up. That's when syntax errors occur and I verbalize tha right word but with an incorrect tense, prefix, or suffix. Sometimes I say something similar to what I mean, but has a whole other meaning. This of course is compounded by my own insecurities around people that don't know me well. I also start to stall out thinking how much of an idiot I must sound like eventhough in my head I know what I'm trying to say... For whatever reason, I've also noticed tha concentration it takes to recall and verbalize what I want takes place quicker with less distraction. Because of this, I find myself not really looking at a person much to expedite tha process. If I feel I'm having trouble, I just kind of look away. Not on purpose, I realize this mainly after the fact... more like I just space out and can think quicker I believe. in part, because I'm not so nervous having the distraction of thinking what tha other person much me thinking while I'm trying to retrieve tha right words.

lol, hopefully that makes some sense?!? I guess my point is that you can see some of this in that interview... at least I can. My college roomate noticed things right away (such as not looking directly at Jason Bristol). To be fair, he also had the spotlight positioned practically right over his shoulder. If I'd be looking right at him. I wouldn't have been able to see his face as bright as that light was, so I did tha best that I could.

If I can remedy some of tha aboved mentioned, I'd be very thankful. We'll just have to wait and see. Toad to follow...

Jordan, please don't be so critical on yourself. I found your interview inspiring when I first saw it and again now just sharing it with my 6yo daughter. I also used it a a preface to showing her Dustin's video.

I told her you were my 'friend' Jordan, as she often gets confused when I mention you, as her brother, my son, is named Jordon.

I was just as impressed and proud of you in that interview as I was the first time I saw it. I saw nothing that you mention to be anything that any one else would have noticed unless they too were as critical as you are. You spoke from your heart. That is the man I know and love.

I also was looking at your age in your profile as I was watching Dustin's video. You are now 26yo. I have known you since your were, what, 20yo or so. I am always flattered and grateful that we are friends. Be yourself. I like you just as you are. If you feel you desire to improve on the mental clarity aspects that you mention I support you completely. But do know that I accept and appreciate you being the person you are exactly the way you are. You are real and you know I am too.

If you do find that this supplementation helps you keep us posted. I can use some of what you are after myself. But don't belittle yourself or flatter your audience too much. I don't believe anyone is on to anything that you may be self conscious about. Really. The real you moves people because it is the real you...warts and all ;)

Thanks for being my friend and 'counselor' all these years. :)

I'm generalizing here...

I may sound as if I'm being harsh, but I just see it as being real and honest with myself. It's my own self talk which I'm sharing publicly for others benefit. Trust me, I'm not consumed with these thoughts by any means, nor does it give me an overall sense of low self-esteem either. I'm just trying to be candid and articulate my own personal experiences tha best I can.

My father keeps this piece of paper in his wallet and outside of fitness, my main goal has always been to maintain these four traits/ideals:

Hardworking
Honest
Dependable
Christian

My father has stripped everything down in our basement except for my home gym, including my 5 pound increments. At this point, I'm working off of borrowed time. Tha house has yet to be official sold yet. I guess closing cost have become an issue with tha buyer... I wish my better half would want to stay in Halifax, but it's just not ment to be. We did discuss tear down on Friday as a possibility. I'll just have to wait and see. Then it'll be back to chest building with Pec Dec and Flys only, perhaps Cable Crossovers if time allows.

Since I didn't have a 5 pound to work with, I tried something new tonight. Slower tempo reps with some static holds. It worked out pretty well and again my muscle density and pump was really evident. A few times I had to chuckle at my own vanity. I hardly recognize myself. It's times like this I wish life had "save" states like a video game, where I could go back and restart at a point where I looked my best. I've said this a million times over and I'll say it again... one of these years I'm going to learn how to not over endulge on a bulk. That's my biggest downfall. I'm so disciplined when it comes to dieting, yet I just can't seem to keep it under control on a surplus.

Xtreme Update

I spoke with Hooteramus, aka King of Wing, aka Grand Poobah of Xtreme last evening. It looks as though we may be back at AM as a board sponsor or perhaps in some other capacity working along side Nutraplanet to release our new Arginine-less pump product here. Ideally, we would like AM to be our test market for feedback and have some logs created. If you've been following my log, you may have noticed I've been using two different betas. Although I've been somewhat cryptic, this has been one of them. The twist however was that I was unable to source one of the major ingredients on my own thus not harnessing it's true potential. Still, I had previously mentioned that pumps were observed and endurance was slightly increased. I'm excited for this new formula as it represents a fresh idea in this category and also backed by two well respected of tha industry outside of Xtreme Formulations. Full details are limited at this time, but stay tune for further developments...

Also, for those that enjoy Vendetta, you may want to pick up a few extra bottles in tha upcoming weeks if you like our cherry flavor. We are currently down to cherry's last run. Lemonade will be taking it's place in future batches, perhaps with a few additional upgrades.

Anxious to see what you maniacs have up your sleeves...Xtreme is nothing but top notch.

Gosh Jordan, I would be flatted. But I'll be honest with you, I have grown so much more 'wisdom' than that now, or at least the ability to articulate it, I may be embarrassed to read it now.

My hope is that it is a blessing to you. My hope is also that, like yourself, I am able to do the best I can with what God gave me. You have taught me much.

More power to you if you want to make changes. It can email it back if you had not saved a copy for yourself. I just told Dave I felt terrible that I've been saying we'd put it up only to have multiple delays due to our webguy with a site nobody can read.

No! It is was it is. Just like with anything else. Maybe I'll write again. There seems to be something I have to say anyway, and sometimes, just sometimes, there is one or two people that may find it useful. You know where I've been and where I am. I have not fulfilled my calling...yet :)

EDIT: Don't think I'm joking when I say YOU are my ROLE model. We are ALL an apprentice and a mentor simultaneously.
