About me: I am currently on 900mg Sust450 and 500mg Deca each week. I am going to run this at 10/20/20 and if I feel good enough, I will run it a 4th week @ 20mg ed.
I weigh 215lbs at about 12%bf and my goal is to add another 5lbs without fat gain. I have already been on a while and have gained alot, so gaining 10-20lbs is just not going to happen for me. I will be very happy with 5 lean pounds.
I am following a 5x5 program that utilizes modified antagonistic supersets. Its a good program for someone wanting to train heavy but still get a good amount of volume in.

Cardio has not been in play for about 3 weeks now, I started to gain some fat from this so I dropped calories back down a bit and I seem to have leaned out from doing this. I may start hitting it again, but if pumps are an issue Im not going to bother.
