Seated DB Military press 3 sets
Ez Bar Curls 3 sets
Triceps Pushdowns 3 sets
Pumps were intense! I took this week as a recovery week basically. My BP was too high to lift anyways, and I am over due for some down time! Next week I will get back on track!
