Was yours good? My meat tasted old and fries were dry as hell. There were at least three pounds of fries.

I had a small handful of fries left when time ran out

I gotta try it again.

FWIW, my metabolism is trash and even though I lift as heavy as I do and do all the extra cardio (I average around 85k steps/week), I still only hit about 3k cal/day to maintain (ballpark).

But on Saturday, we went to an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse for dinner. So my morning started off like this:

9 AM - Heavy delts/traps session
10:30 AM - 50g whey isolate (200 kcal)
11 AM - flag football game
1 PM - flag football game
(10 miles logged on fitbit at this point)
7 PM - dinner

Took my Defuse beforehand. Still probably wasn't terribly over on my calories (burned 4500 that day), but I ate I'd imagine 3 lbs. of bacon-wrapped filet mignon, prime rib, and ribeye (and sampled a few others, but those are what I chowed down on) and dropped a pound the next day ;)

I've done 22k

Tons of high cal stuff that's just so easy to get down ha.
Fcck. I'd have to eat pizza, ice cream, candy, and McDonald's to get to that without puking.

think you need to start at the beginning of this thread haha.. post one rules starts with "nothing below 10k" haha.

I jsut checked and 26k and change was my best, mkretz still holds the record with over 30k

This thread us getting cluttered with non-24hr challenge talk. Time to get back on track with the evidence of the challenge mkretz and I attempted last weekend in Buffalo, NY. We were aiming for 50K+ combined.

We already posted that Mkretz hit 30k and I got 22.5k - Success!]

GNO here it is.

LOVE the Brazilian steak houses. Haven't been to one since I moved out to California in April; I have a bottle of BURN 24 (Omega?); I don't usually use nutrition partitioners; would i still be able to utilize this before big cheat meals or maybe even some drunk munchies?

Not trolling but honestly: how do you guys eat this **** and still stay ripped? I'm recovering for a week after having 3-4 quest bars and some booze during a drunk munchie binge

because its only day out of many haha... sure it takes a few to get back to "normal" but thats just it.

even 30k cals is only a drop in the bucket if you think about the total for a month or more

Most of these guys practise moderation so it's no big deal

Muscle mass helps a lot,
As does an active lifestyle,
Practise as well to a point.

If you never cheat, expect a lot of overflow and time to get back to baseline weight

Plus your body can't really absorb 30k anyways

Boone, you need to stock up on the white fudge covered Oreos. They are GOAT and I can easily put down 3+ boxes without even trying Put them in milk, on ice cream, etc. I love dipping them in peanut butter

I feel like I'd be an obese and still somehow sadder version of Fiona Apple from the Criminal music video the day following an attempt to eat 30k calories...

I had them last year on your recommendation. Theyre good, but too boring for me. Just regular Oreos. I'm all about the special flavors and have about 5 unopened ha
