Energy went fast on this one. i kept all rest to 45-60 seconds and it was not easy at all. Each set of squat was about 15-20 seconds and then resting double that and attacking it again after the pre-exhaust was BRUTAL. the supersets at the end were just torture, and not to mention i did 10 minutes of HIIT cardio to follow it on the bike.

Energy did not drop, but damn i am gonna be wiped today, mirror is changing but the scale is not moving much even with a calorie drop. My waist is down over an inch, and midsection is getting leaner, not to mention i am sure my backside , arms, shoulders are leaning up. Veins are starting to shine in my legs even in a cold state. So we are seeing visual progress. Man oh man give it 10 more days before i leave for vacation and the pics will be epic to show the different in a short run of these prodcuts.

Time to REALLY Finish this log strong.

My AP is my excuse when I eat carbs otherwise I try to stay away :/ Also using Anabeta elite and erase pro. The next 4 weeks when that studd runs out though I'm going to be running just the AT2 and alphamine just like my man The Solution.

One of the most horrible tempos I ever used was a 5-0-5-0 on the trap bar deadlift whilst on a Poliquin strength and conditioning course.

I hate slow concentrics. They mess with my head lol. :)

Throughout this log as I continue to cut I will hope the addition of Alphamine + Alpha T-2 can help shed 5-6 pounds over these next 4 weeks. Currently Sitting around 177 Pounds. Will take weight at end of the log as well to compare.

Mirror Change







I take weekly Pictures for my Trainer (Jason Theobald) as he does assess my physique pre-contest and in the offseason to stay in condition for next time I do take the stage (Currently growing into a middleweight after competing last July at Collegaite Nationals as a LW ((Came in right at 154 the cutoff)). Doing a cut right now to tighten up for a wedding next month/vacation I will be taking for 11 days.

So what do you think? 6 pounds show a lot of difference? While the scale did not change as much as i had hoped the overall mirror IMO got a lot leaner, hence why my trainer did not pull calories as much for this log.

Flavoring - Spot on, Raspberry Lemonade is absolutely DELICIOUS. Instant mixability and honestly no aftertaste, just refreshing the entire way down
125mg per scoop of caffeine and a great blend to support fatburning. Made by PES and with Cooper as R&D you know the mastermind will really put in some good advice to scripting a formula. There was not 1 complaint from this product. From taste, mixability to formula. I have nothing bad to say but it goes quick and it tastes amazing. Fat Destroying? Yeah, even though i only lost 6 pounds on a bottle the mirror shows more than that, some people at my gym tell me i look like i lost a solid 10-15 pounds while i held my strength, i can really tell when i first started taking it the increase in sweating and the amonut it aided towards my workouts, body temp, and fat burning all in the same day i took it. You clearly have vastly increased definition everywhere, it's actually probably one of the best transformations I've ever seen in such a time frame. The front pose - your legs are way more shredded ; the back double bi - EVERYTHING is way leaner; And the side pose shows a ridiculous improvement in delt and pec separation. Thanks a ton for the log my man and excellent work on your physique!
