Well into my 2nd bottle of Prime and I really have to say hats off to Jacob and USP. My last chest wo was freakin awesome. After a year off from lifting I am now almost back to my former peak strength levels and am looking pretty solid considering I am not going at full tilt because of my jobs and family.

It's like steroids, baby, only better because my nuts are not shrinking. lol

Niiiiice, I too am fairly close to peak numbers I havnt touched in over a year. The strength gains are the most phenomenal part of this product, the gains in LBM are good enough IMO specially if they are 100% keepable, which I dont see any reason why they wouldnt be with no PCT to fight through.

I gave a bottle to a woman at my gym (mid 50s) because she wants to gain some mass and have more of an appetite. I'll ask her how she's doing down below... see if it effects the clitoris.

weeeeeeell I have the worst DOMS in my legs I think Ive ever had right now... but I havnt hit them since last april so its expected, LOL.


Other then that its been great. No real soreness to speak of, almost always a nice tight feeling the day after and the day after that its more of a pump in the same muscle group but never sore and always gtg the next time comes around (most everything gets hit directly or indirectly 2 times/week). Crazy thing is Ive increased workout volumes in both set numbers and rep numbers as well as hittin PR's practically every workout and still no DOMS. Im baffled to say the least.

Interset recovery is a whole nother beast, like rest time beyond 10 seconds is completely unnecessary... still do it anyhow, but Ive been throwing in supersets and dropsets where I would never have done so before.

Anabolic Pump and you may consider adding in Nutraplanets nettel root/forskolin, creatine, beta alanine. These all stack nicely and use 2 caps 3x a day with food.

3 bottles minimum Prime - run it as prescribed.

The fact is, I cannot be certain what positive effect, if any, PRIME will exert on you; I very well may be giving your skepticism further cause - I, however, am willing to take that risk. At least at such point where you have tried the product your constant commentary will carry some weight beyond unqualified skepticism.

One may derive no benefit from PRIME or any of our other products whatsoever; this is fine as well, and I accept that, as long as the individual has had the requisite experience to make that judgment.

If you try this PRIME, and it does nothing whatsoever, proclaim it from the highest rooftops, "PRIME sucks!"; I will say nothing. I have noticed a slight increase in aggression, slight pumps..that is the main thing I can probably has increased, strength and muscle gain is questionable because....
...... I am training hard, so basically if you train hard then all that stuff is supposed to happen anyways without any supplements. I think people forget that.
Still to early to tell. I have finished one bottle... 5 more to go.
So far not very impressed, I have seen better results from AP, PF, cissus, and recreate.

In fairness, I have seen several non-responders, but the majority of individuals devaluing the product have never used it! I'm confident I can attribute my plateau break-through and fairly dramatic strength increases to Prime, and that's all I need to continue supplementing with it. But this was the first supplement I've ever purchased without first waiting for the hype to die down, and the reviews to show the true results. Heck, I waited forever before trying Recreate and AP, but based on my experience with those I felt confident I could look past the marketing and end up with quantifiable results. The hardest part for me was taking something without understanding the MOA.
