Like you said, it is going to come down to diet. Yes, supplements help, but ideally, you should not run supplements year round. Most supplements should not be ran for more than 8 weeks followed by at least a 4 week break, if not longer.

Once you get down to your desired bodyfat, you can simply eat at maintenance; however, don't expect to make significant changes in strength or even mass in short bouts. You will need a small surplus for that and with the small surplus will come some fat.

Your list is solid thus far. One ingredient which I enjoy is F95, I'm sure you will get a ton of responses suggesting it, so I am going to suggest something a little less "exotic",

What creatine product do you currently use? Betanine, at 2.5 grams, has many benefits ranging from performance, recovery and even body composition changes. Supplementing with 2.5 grams of Beatnine was studied for a period of time during which, those that used 2.5 grams daily noted a loss in fat and increase in lean mass. This study was done with seasoned lifters as well which makes it more worthwhile, in my opinion.

At the end of the six weeks the bodybuilders who had taken betaine had lost a couple of percent fat mass. On top of that, the betaine supplementation also resulted in a significant increase in lean body mass. The scans that the researchers did showed that the bodybuilders in the betaine group had also gained more muscle in their arms.
CreMax XT can replace your current creatine product. You will not only get your daily dose of creatine, but you get the studied 2.5 grams of betanine. There are other well dosed ingredients in CreMax XT, but I think the betanine concern you the most for your goal. It comes unflavored, so you can add it to your favorite pre workout, or flavored. The orange flavor is amazing.

You definitely have the base supps down. Mixing in a good fat burning stack like norcodrene and shift by pes would help. Taking a natural anabolic like follidrone, ep1c unleashed, anafuse etc would be a great addition. The main thing is being consistent with your diet and you will get lean.

Solid stack there man. I would highly suggest throwing Ergonine into the mix for an all year round supp. While it may not help with leanness it will drastically help your performance and endurance on day to day activity, workouts, and cardio.

not to mention Xtend Perform would be a step up in your essentials.

Cycling in Forskolin 95, Yohimbine would also be 2 great fatloss agents in bulk.

I would throw in Vitamin D. It's a vitamin, but also a prohormone, so you get performance enhancement without trading in your natty card. Plus there are the heaps of benefits from Vitamin D, one of the big ones being 26% higher cancer risk among low-D individuals.

I'd recommend a good GDA. I really like Slintensity and even the "homemade" option of ALCAR + Na-R-ALA + Agmatine for larger carb meals. GDA's affect everyone differently though so you may have to trial and error a few to see what you like.

Id also definitely keep a good joint supp on hand. Have like Joint XT and about to try out Flexatril myself. Maybe even start using one before you "need" it to get out in front of potential issues, but staying that lean can certainly be harder on your joints and connective tissue. If you recover well and have your programming wire tight you might be good to go without one.

Not trying to discourage you at all from the year round sub 10% life, but you can potentially be playing a dangerous game. Hormones tend to get weird at the body fat level and will kind of stay that way until you put some fat back on. Lethargy, irritability, in ability to recover from training and strength loss to name a few, also potentially a drop or loss of libido. KSM-66 is a pretty helpful all around supp in my option and helped with libido issues. If you have libido issues it can also be helpful to have some cialis or viagra on hand.

Staying lean all year round is like 98% diet.

That being said, my favorite supp for staying lean is TTA-500. Great for bulking, cutting, or recomping. I always run this after a cut to stay lean.

For leanness and gains, epi-plex is a perfect year-round supp that wouldn't require the breaks that most other supps will.

Soy lecithin (phosphaditic acid) is another very cheap option.

Something like Xgels or glycophase used sporadically would be great as well when trying to add some cals and mass

Everything these guys said. If you're natural and looking to actually add muscle and not just strength this is going to be either very difficult or happen at an extremely slow pace.

In addition to TTA, XGELS, Glycophase, and X-gels, LEAN EDGE can be taken as well to help you stay lean. It's non stim that can be stacked with any of the aforementioned products!

Thanks for all the advice guys, I'm sitting at around 8% most year round but something just to help a little and living in the UK most of the above bar vid D, F95 and KSM-66 I'm struggling to find..onviously budget is a factor too as eating well around here isn't too cheap plus the supps. And totally natural not far of 40 so health is wealth and not too fused about strength as that was a ego thing in my younger days :) #howmuchdoyoubench

If you're looking for those three ingredients, I would recommend checking out Alphamax XT. It contains the three ingredients you mentioned above and much more. Alphamax XT is a great all in one product that will help increase natural test levels, lower cortisol and estrogen, and help with stress and recovery. It can't be taken non-stop year round, but using it 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off would be very beneficial to help with strength and size gains while staying lean year round

For me, I'd combine an IF style diet (keeps insulin sensitivity high, limits the amount of food you can eat due to short period) with maybe Forskolin+KSM-66, and EvoMuse Defuse for cheats.

Am I the only one that every time I read "forskolin", I have to read it twice because the first time I read "foreskin"? And then I'm like "yeah, no, not interested taking a foreskin supplement, thanks for asking".

I wouldn't prioritize xtend or any bcaa unless you're training fasted. Totally unnecessary.

Like I mentioned before, epi-plex would fit your goals and needs perfectly. Anti inflammatory properties, muscle building, endurance increase, leanness. Exactly what you're looking for and budget friendly price

I would genuinely say it comes down to cardio and diet all the way. I would say get the diet and cardio down without using anything and then include them in there. If you insist to use something I would say any diet product, even ECA.

BAIBA - no joke.... Add to your pre-workout or before cardio in the morning. It's fantastic for staying lean or preventing fat gains during mass building phases
